Panera Bread — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

Went to my local Panera Bread to get Sour Dough bread upon entering a young lady asked if she could help, I asked if they had any regular sour dough as I only saw the country style sourDough, she said "no this is all we have, then she goes to help another person who cut in front of me to the cash register, I was in front of the baked goods because I wanted bread. So after waiting patiently the woman stepped away and I said can I please get a loaf of the sour dough you have. She then tells me she has to go ask her manager! Then comes back and says no we can't sell it to you we have lots of catering orders going out today. So it was just after 10 am. Poorly managed by management, usually you plan for your catering ahead. My husband was upset because we drove across town to get this, I am gluten intolerant and can only eat Sour Dough. The manager was extremely unprofessional, she came out from the back laughing when she heard my husband saying why not make extra bread when you have catering? Don't work here. The kitchen is absolutely disgusting and sticky. They sweep everything under the cold tables at night and clean mostly everything with warm water or the bathroom cleaner in a yellow bottle. One night i was sweeping the kitchen. Noticed some cherry tomatoes sticking out in view from underneath the cold tables in the kitchen area. Swept at it and low and behold the sandwhich wrappers, bacon bits, smashed noodle, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, etc. all starts shmoodling up. It was like a weeks worth of trash swept under. They'll have you use a mobile app to view your schedule but fail to mention at begining there was a physical paper. Fire you cau the mobile app and paper at work have completely different hours. Work with you to come back cause it was a misunderstanding. Then wasn't able to clock in because my number was deleted out of the system. Write down your clock in and clock out times for management to see and adjust in the morning. They'll just lose the paper and say you never shoed. I worked three 5 hours shifts for free apparently. Very disappointed with my meal today!!! I eat here often and always order the same thing and usually don’t have a problem, but today they obviously didn’t read the special instructions I put on my order online. I clearly asked for avocado on the side not on the sandwich and it was put on the sandwich, I pay extra for avocado and usually receive 1/2 of one n today it was two very small pieces. The egg was also cold and the cheese not melted on the sandwich. I ordered an Asiago cheese bagel and when I went to go thru my bag it wasn’t in there. They then said “oh yeah we are out of them” n walked away, no help to grab me a different kind. I had to go to the front and wait behind 4 people just to get a bagel that I had already paid for. My only other complaint is that most of the time there is only one person on the registers at breakfast time and I have had to wait for a good 15-20min before just to order.
