Save your money and time. Shop online. On Septemeber 17, 2018 I found a sale on iPhones. I was looking for a i8 , i6 or SE. The 8 & 6 were listed as $0 monthly after credits. It was for current customer, Upgrade/renewal. I couldn't find a sale end date so I call US Cellular in Fond du Lac. I asked when the sale ends for the free iphones for current customer, the gentelman said September 18. I looked again on the website to find a end date to see where I missed it. The sale details change, there was now a monthly fee. What, I just called and was told the sale went until the next day. So I call the Premier US Cellular and they knew nothing. So I called the 611 number and was told they didn't have any sales with free iphones. Even more confused I called back to the Fond du Lac store and talked with Kelsie. She was very nice when I gave her all the information I have been given about the iPhone sale. I did tell her I have a screenshot of the sale and the details to prove it was taken that day. I e-mailed the screen shot to Kelsie. She never replied, I got nothing back from her. So, September 18 I decided to go to the store to show them the screen shot showing the iPhone 8, $0 and for current customer. Hannah, 1st showed me that there are no sales like that. Then I was informed by Hannah that the sale was for New Customers. I showed her the Screen Shot. Of course I had it all wrong. I 1. didn't go into the i (information) button 2. didn't go to the next screen that would have shown me the correct monthly price. FASLE ADVERTISING! So, I called 611 and was speaking with a very nice person. A person that didn't make me feel stupid but of course she said all the same things before my call was dropped. Later I did the US Cellular Chat. bottom line. She said The Sales Team does flash sales and I must have hit on one of those.

I purchased a phone at the Agent store on Main st in Fond du lac, and the initial customer service was good, and then the more problems I was having with the phone the more the lack of customer service was. It seemed like the people who helped me at the Agent store weren't concerned with really working with me or listening to my concerns. Having to go back there to return my phone to their inventory the man who was helping me was rude and not helpful at all, basically wasting my time instead of just doing the transaction that US Cellular customer service/corporate informed him to do. After having multiple interactions I finally called US Cellular customer service and was treated with the nicest and most understanding service. They advised me to resolve this solution at the Johnson st store and Angel and Sabrina did everything possible to help me and get me the phone that I'm satisfied with. Read moreEdit: 4 years later, once again hours of waiting due to under qualified and short staffed. 2 reps, only one other customer, yet here we sit. I'm assuming the manager(s) if even present, are just hiding back in their offices. Dealt with online and over the phone service recently and that is the way we will go from now on. The people who run this store clearly have no interest in keeping it open. Most accessories are "sold out" with no idea of when they will be back in stock and they have absolutely no interest in training their staff on the products they sell. They only know how to up-sell useless products and add-ons but can't even give an accurate answer to the costs that will be incurred. Us cellular as a whole is a pretty solid provider, but this location is an absolutely horrible representation of the company.
