FENG CHA - Forney — Restaurant in Forney

I picked up an order for my mother yesterday, and before then I had never heard of this place, or even had a flavoured tea, I got the cookies and creme tea, and I was actually surprised how good it tasted.

Don't even get me started on the service, nice lady at the counter, gave me a bag with the two drinks, and I went to get some straws after taking the bag, to me surprise She told me She already put Two in the bag. Nonetheless I got in and out within literally a minute or so, and figured out the genius behind the bag (confused me to be honest), the middle inside of the bag had been taped or something to make basically two spots for the drinks to go, which prevented the drinks from tipping over, even better was the cuos the drinks were in, very durable and the lids as well I didn't even have to worry if they tipped over in the slightest.

I'm keeping the food at a 4 star because I only had one drink one time and I've yet to even see the full menu lol.

I don’t write reviews but after visiting this little gem of a place I just had to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the kindest, warmest welcome. The two young ladies working there are absolute sweethearts. So patient, so polite, and just full of sunshine! They always greet you with a smile and even offer little samples of the toppings, which I thought was just the loveliest touch. My favorite is the boba. My daughter can’t get enough of the coffee jelly! If I could give them more than five stars, I surely would. The drinks are simply delicious. I especially enjoyed the dirty boba. And bless those girls, they were so kind in helping me choose something I’d like. They didn’t rush me or make me feel silly! They just made me feel welcome. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness these days. This little shop...

Horrible customer service! Came in for 4 Taro Breezes at around 1:15 pm on 6/17/25. The clerk never acknowledged my presence and stayed in the back of the store. When requesting how long my order will be after submitting through kiosk she stated she didn't know how long in a Rude way. She complained about being in the store by herself. I asked to speak to her Manager, she said "Why... because your upset I can't give you a time when your order will be done"...I told her it was her poor attitude towards a paying customer. She continued to be rude. Terrible service.... Attn Management: Forney is growing please please train your workers on what "Good Service" should look like...Hopeful for a better...
