My fiancé and I had an amazing experience working with Susan. She is such a warm, friendly, caring, and considerate individual.

We decided that my fiancé would be involved with the main stone selection only and the rest would be up to me. After leaving our first meeting we knew that we would be getting something truly special. We went non traditional and she brought in a beautiful variety of stones for us to choose from and really took the time to get an idea of what my fiancé wanted in a ring. She was available to help me every step of the way, had great communication, and finished the ring well within my time frame.

Susan is a consummate professional and I had zero doubts throughout the entire process. Honestly the hardest part was settling on a final design because they were all so beautiful. Being able to see and compare designs in 3D rendering helped tremendously. I ended up requesting features from two different designs and she had them reworked in no time. Once we were in the final design stages she made a resin prototype with the stones actually set in it! Being able to essentially hold a finished product helped to alleviate stress before making a final decision.

I cannot recommend Susan enough and tell everyone about Doozie. I love that fact that I was able to work with a local artist and keep my purchase within the community. I loved every aspect of getting to design the ring with my fiance, and Susan is to thank for that. When we started the process I had loved the style of rings Susan makes, but had no real idea of what I wanted. She was so helpful with finding a style I actually liked, and helped us in choosing new stones to use that incorporated well with a family stone we had.

After we narrowed down metals and stone types she provided multiple options of designs to choose from. We did a few tweaks, and then had the ring made into a prototype to be sure of sizing and placement. I (the one who got proposed to) was part of the entire design process up until the prototype. After I tried on the prototype and decided on the finish of the metal it was a surprise from there on, and the ring IS PERFECT. I also really enjoy the fact that since Doozie has a brick-and-mortar location close to us we are able to go in for getting our jewelry cleaned and any other jewelry services...
