Bondi Beach Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Fort Collins

My girlfriend and I decided to check out this bar and were completely sober when we arrived. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined right at the door. As we were walking in, the bouncer decided to make an unprompted and condescending comment: “You better get her water.” Completely unnecessary and presumptive. I politely declined the unsolicited advice, and somehow that was enough to trigger an ultimatum from the staff: “Apologize to the bouncer or leave.”

At no point was I disrespectful, and an apology was neither appropriate nor warranted. Instead of feeding into the power trip, I chose to leave on principle. It’s a shame to see grown adults let their insecurities bleed into their job, especially when it affects paying customers who are simply trying to enjoy a night out. Safe to say we won’t...

I don’t know where to start. I can say it is my last time spending money with this establishment. The security treats their customers with so much disrespect, it’s not professional at all. Your bouncer, Thaddeus s. Is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met and it is Truly astonishing. Not to mention how HOMOPHOBIC he was towards one of my friends. I find it very offensive towards the LGBTQ community. I’ve had multiple issues back to back with this man whenever I come to the bars. I can’t tell if it’s because he hates women or what his issue is but Continuing to treat people poorly makes him look very incompetent. If you want a local bar with severely overserved college kids, and an arrogant staff with a chip on their shoulders, this is your place. Came here for a nightcap briefly, was waiting in line for the restroom and there was a young girl clearly overserved (not even sure if she was of age) went to the water cooler to get her a water and the staff decided to not only kick me out but proceeded to physically force me out with their hands on me. Completely unnecessary as I was just trying to explain this girl desperately needed water. Turns out, the “water cooler” was full of jungle juice. Seems like the over serving is intentional. I’ll never come back to such a disrespectful establishment. Fairly sure this place has been stung a few times since my college days...
