The customer service was absolutely terrible you guys shouldnāt judge a book by its coverā¦.. Just because we wear vests, ride bikes, and have tattoos and donāt look like your neighborhood Karen doesnāt mean you forget about customer service. At that point your not doing your job and what you are paid to do but instead every employee followed my family and I around and not one employee had enough decency or even common courtesy to ask us how our day was if we needed anything or as little as if they could help find something NOTHINGā¦.. when I finally said something out loud they had the guts to come ask us if we needed anything. I was floored at that point I didnāt want to purchase anything what so ever and would let it be known to each and everyone one of our family and friends they should steer clear of that store all together. Itās crazy how morals have came and gone so quick itās not even human nature any more to ask how someoneās day is even going. Itās sad really itās just an eye opener as to how bad judgement is any more and how itās being taught to not only kids but adults the ones who came from a different day in age and yet they canāt even teach to never judge be kind an spread love. Anyways I hope this is seen and shared and maybe something is done about it because really it makes people uncomfortable not welcomed and personally I refuse to walk into anywhere I donāt feel welcomed at. So good job Murdochs your doing...

I called to see if they had a particular item in stock. Steve the gentleman from sporting goods was a huge help. I let him know that I would arrive just before they closed. When i walked in Keith and 2 other gentleman helped me with my purchase. I arrived at the store at 6:59pm (they closed at 7). I had my item loaded from the rear dock and was on the road by 7:07pm. Keep in mind that my item required a forklift to get it to my vehicle. The staff at this store personified the word teamwork. I am very grateful for their tremendous customer service. A clothing lady named Tammy, would not allow me to return a pair of pants because she said they looked washed and they werenāt. it didnāt have a tag. After I tried on the pair of pants at home, I found out that they were too short and needed to return them. When I bought a pair of pants, I was not able to try them on there at the time and I bought them from the clearance section. It had one clearance tag on it. She had awful customer service communication. I would not recommend her help anybody. I have bought thousands of Dollars from them and this is the first time I ever had a problem...
