My displeasure here isn't the company. It's with the unfortunate encounter I had with the employee that needs to learn proper customer service. When asked if a certain product was in stock, I was told no, with him then proceeding to just stare at me blankly. Then I asked if he knew what product I was referring to, he said "I don't know", again followed by a clueless stare. After describing the item, I was rudely given an aisle number to go look. When I returned from looking, I showed the employee the item from the Staples website on my phone. Again, when asked if they carried these or if they have to be ordered, I was told "no", followed by another long blank stare. This stare was long and awkward every time, finally resulting in me advising him to next time at least offer to order for me and to learn customer service. I then asked to speak with a manager, for whatever that was worth. I don't enjoy dealing with mindless, disrespectful little mouth breathers that offer no help whatsoever. You work with the public. If you can't handle your little retail job you'll never be able to move out of you parent's home and function in society. Customers are usually insanely rude and entitled towards them in this store and instead of attempting to try to use self serve or find things on their own they pester the workers and claim they’re doing nothing.
