The return policy is 7 days after purchase, NO EXCEPTIONS, therefore, if your even one day over you can’t get anything. Remember this ladies, they fight fiercely for that policy. Pretty sad considering I don’t live anywhere near the store and can’t get to the Galleria Mall every day so I’m am out of luck. I spent over $360.00 there and the sales lady wouldn’t exchange the earrings for another pair because they were 2 left earrings. She tried to tell me about her 7 day policy. I was only 8 days out. I have been so overwhelmed and frustrated trying to shop these days. I run around from one store to the next and usually leave with nothing. I have been searching for a beautiful boutique that has unique items with styles that I love and that complement me (at reasonable prices), along with staff to help me put it all together. I cannot speak highly enough about Marcella's in Fort Lauderdale, and Leslie who helped me. I went in for one outfit and came out with 4 and a half! Almost everything I put on was so beautiful and looked so good on me!! And Leslie was right there to guide me. It was the BEST experience and it is definitely my go-to place now!
