It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but I am incredibly upset with the lack of care from not only the location but corporate as well. I've ordered before from this establishment with no issue, but this time, it was a complete bust that could've ended my life.
I'm HIGHLY allergic to pineapple. I placed an online order for a 20 oz smoothie and specifically typed 'no pineapple HIGHLY allergic, substitute with strawberries.' I've done this many times before with no issue. Not only was my order delivered as a 16 oz smoothie, but it 100% had pineapple. I've ordered it before so I know how it should look. It did not look right to me when it arrived. I didn't want to risk it, so I asked a coworker to try it, and they immediately tasted pineapple. If I was careless and took a sip, I could've lost my life!!!! When you look at the order ticket stuck on the smoothie cup, it clearly states, 'no pineapple HIGHLY allergic, substitute with strawberries.' I called the establishment over 15 times with no response, I even resorted to contacting their corporate office and sent an email. NOTHING! The fact that I wasted $20 on a smoothie that could've killed me is upsetting in itself, but not a single person has tried to even contact me back is terrible.

During my recent visit, I had an unpleasant encounter with the manager who was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful towards me. Despite my attempts to address my concerns about the way my order was made, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful, which left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.
I believe that the behavior of the manager was completely unacceptable and does not reflect the values of your establishment.
As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and I feel that this was not the case during my recent visit.
I hope that you take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that your staff, especially the manager, are trained to provide excellent customer service and treat all customers with the respect they deserve.

Read moreThe location is convenient and because I have diet requirements I thought I’d go there weekend evenings to have a drink and power up (Whole Foods has no outlets now so ok, I’ll go spend my money elsewhere). Last night, the girl that helped me was great, I fell off my diet and had a smoothie, and after dealing with an interview over the phone realized that one of my power packs was missing. My small one hadn’t charged at all and my big one was missing! The other girl working at RAW had taken my power pack and put it in her bag! Anyway, I won’t be going there again (the plan was to go about an hour and a half three evenings/week). There are few places I can go or afford now, so that’s pretty disappointing.
