I have been going to this spa for years, since they first opened. This is the second time they gave me a new person who had no idea what she was doing. I went in for a 1 hour foot and 1 hour body massage for my birthday. The lady walked in on me twice as I was still getting undressed. The first time was to put a chair in the room. She opened the curtain without warning and put the chair in. 30 seconds later she walked in again without warning and went to set the alarm. I didn't appreciate her coming in without warning and me being exposed. She knew very little English and was difficult to communicate with her. As she massaged me I noticed it didn't feel right but gave her a chance hoping it'd get better but It never did. She had no plan on how to massage and mostly rubbed my skin. She massaged my bones instead of my muscles. She kept digging into my ribs. She went from 1 leg to the other 3 different times. It did not feel relaxing or stress relieving. I left feeling upset and worse then when I walked in. If you're going to have a new person massage paying clients then you should test them or teach them before you have them work on a customer. The lady at the front counter tried to make up for it by giving me a box of Ferrero rochers and a piece of watermelon but I still wasted $123 on the worst massage ever. They force you to give a tip. $15 for 1 hour body and $10 for 1 foot. I know she tried her best but she did not deserve that tip and I'm upset that I had to pay for a new person to experiment on me when I am paying full price. Today my body feels stressed, bruised and in pain. I am very disappointed and not sure if I'll be back. I may find a new massage place. That was the worst Massage I have ever gotten and I've had over 100 massages in my life...
Read moreI went here to treat my boyfriend to massage for his boyfriend, I went to pay for the service as the massage began. I called prior, remembering that my friend had an issue with tip when she went here. I asked what is there a required tip, and the response was you can tip any amount as you please. I offered a 15% tip on a $50 service (back massage), thinking it was reasonable. I was met with a laugh as I offered the tip, which I thought was absurd and absolutely disrespectful. She then holds out a sign that says “SUGGESTED” tip is ($15-$20), so I respond by asking if it was required to give $15 tip as that is 30% of the service. She then feigned to not understand English as soon as I mentioned “required” and asked questions about the tip.
I would’ve understand more if tip is labeled required, in order not to lead people under a false pretense. But front desk REALLY FORCES you to give top regard of how service was. The worst part was to be scoffed at and even laughed at as a customer, for even give tip at all.
If you don’t wanted to be disrespected as a customer, then I suggest you don’t go here. Customer service was absolutely shocking.
There are other massage parlors in the area, look into:

Read moreJust like a few other reviews mentioned, I experienced attitude over tipping 20%. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, and after paying $100 for a couple’s massage and leaving a $20 tip, the man at the front (I believe his name is Tony) sighed, rolled his eyes, and pulled out a laminated sign stating that a minimum tip of $15 per $50 massage (30%) is required — and $20 if the massage was "strong," which would be a 40% tip.
Whether it was a language barrier or not, we reminded him that we left a 20% tip, which by industry standards is generous. After reading other reviews, I agree — the reason they always have last-minute availability is because this entitled attitude is driving loyal customers away.
We won’t be back. There are plenty of great massage places with better reviews and prices. To the owner: if you expect a 30–40% tip, raise your prices and be upfront about it (such as “it’s $65 with the tip included”). Don’t guilt customers after the fact. Greed will cost...
