Would go again - I tried a number of pho restaurants in NJ. The typical go-to spot was Pho32. The broth at Pho Today is quite different from the usual that I get. They have a stronger umami flavor than the usual broth I'm used to. I cannot confirm for sure, but I might recommend some of the other pho options than P1. My friend ordered the rare steak and brisket; I believe P8. I ordered the P1 which is the Pho Today includes the filet mignon, ox tail, and meatball. I will give it a decent. The reason I gave this place 4-stars is that besides the broth being very strong in flavor, the dish was good. A friend and I also ordered the spring rolls, which I might recommend to skip. Not to say it was bad but nothing special, and I had better spring rolls at other places. You got the usual sides with your pho being jalapenos, bean sprouts with the head cut off, herbs, etc. The interior is similar to any other pho restaurants you typically find. The parking it's quite large as they share it with multiple stores, and there are a high number of spots.

Love it!!! There are many pho spots here in Fort Lee and we have been to all of them but just recently decided to go here on a whim. Boy, I was pleasantly surprised. This one is definitely worth going to. Prices are good considering the ginormous portions and quality is amazing as well. Props to the chef we had for tonight. I don’t normally eat the fatty bits on my meat but the pork chop was grilled soooo wonderfully the fat is not chewy but ultra soft and pillowy — charred to perfection. My husband definitely loves the pho. The plastic bowl will definitely not fit everything so I do suggest transferring to a larger bowl. I do like that they separate the meat from the soup when they pack it for take-out so it does not get over-cooked while we hurry home to eat it. Will definitely come here again and order more rice platters and pho with add-ons this time.

‼ ️ ‼ ️ ‼ ️Staff told me this rotten and bacteria growing 🦠 brushed slime meatball is safe to eat! I am shocked! I think I need to ask the health department. The staff's original words are that I will help you throw it into the trash can! I can throw it myself! What I need is an explanation. We paid in full and tipped, and we respect everyone who deserves it. I have been coming to this store for two years. At the beginning, the food in this store was delicious and I kept eating p2 on the menu. But for some reason, after the epidemic, the quality of their meat is getting worse and worse, especially the brisket meat looks like fake meat, and the fat meat is yellow. I chose P11 create your own for the past six months. Very disappointing this time today. I won't come anymore.

Pho Today in Fort Lee offers delicious and authentic Vietnamese dishes, but the prices are higher compared to other pho restaurants in the area. The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, but the customer service can be unfriendly at times. Additionally, some customers have complained about the small portion sizes for the price.

The standout dish at Pho Today is their pho noodle soup, which is fragrant, flavorful, and filling. The broth is rich and well-seasoned, and the noodles are cooked to perfection. However, some customers have found the portion sizes to be small for the price, which can make it less of a value compared to other restaurants in the area.

Aside from the pho, Pho Today also offers a variety of other Vietnamese dishes, such as spring rolls, banh mi sandwiches, and rice dishes. Each dish is made with fresh and high-quality ingredients, resulting in delicious and satisfying meals.

While the prices at Pho Today are higher than other pho restaurants in the area, the portion sizes can be a drawback for some. The customer service can also be unfriendly at times, which can detract from the dining experience.

Overall, Pho Today in Fort Lee is a great Vietnamese restaurant that offers delicious and authentic dishes, but the higher prices, small portion sizes, and unfriendly customer service can be a downside for some. Those who are looking for a more affordable option for pho may want to explore other restaurants...

My wife and I were in Fort Lee because she couldn't take the Lincoln tunnel to cross the Hudson due to a sanitation truck wrecking upside down on the 495 hence closing down the Lincoln tunnel Jersey bound.

Once she arrived at Fort Lee she decided she wanted Pho, so I checked Yelp (my trusty eatery app) to find a good Pho place for us to enjoy.

Yelp gave us a few good places but Pho Today caught our attention because of its close proximity to GWB and 95.

I am telling you, we weren't disappointed.

Stepping inside it's spacious and very clean. We were greeted and seated by a nice young man by the name of Seung. He also took our order, while Angela helped bring our meals and cleaned up our table. Big Thanks to Angela & Seung.

Once seated I asked for a Thai Iced Tea (well mixed) and my wife got Coconut juice. My tea was perfect not too sweet, not too bitter. Wife's Coconut juice was refreshing with tasty slices of coconut present.

For appetizer we decided to get a Shrimp & Pork summer roll. It came with a peanut sauce that was divine.

For entree my wife got the Special Pho called: Phô Dåc Biêt, it comes with Rare Steak, Well Done Flank, Brisket, Tendon & Tripe.

I ordered: Cóm Tâm Today which is Grilled Pork Chop, Shredded Pork, Egg Quiche, Spring Roll, Fried Shrimp Tofu and Fried Egg over rice.

Both of our dishes were exceptionally tasteful. We enjoyed our dining experience that we would definitely visit again and try other...

Very upsetting experience for the past few times visits.

I normally don't get tick by this as this has happened before and usually understandable. However, what happened today is extremely upsetting. The waitress took our order as usual. When we got our order, we realized one of the item is missing. We question the waitress and she replied that they are out of it so they just throw in a spring roll instead. She simply didn't care (as usual) and walk away. Now here comes the most upsetting part. She turn around and accepted a same ordered from the table behind us. She says nothing about missing items. I should also mention that food we ordered is the most expensive one on the menu.

Here are the problems:

Why aren't we told when ordering? Why aren't we informed during the food making process? Why didn't we have the opportunity to choose what to substitute? The price of the spring roll is not even close to the missing item. Continue accepting orders knowing that they can't fulfill. This is cheating the customer and false advertising.

I wish the owner can see this post and get their employees straight out.

As to the rest of you, make sure to check what you get is what...
