As a buyer of a new condo, I have been told not to trust my agent too much, but to double check everything myself. However, Thomas is one of few people you can fully trust.

There are some points that I can highlight as the most pleasant experience that I am thankful for. He did not push my family to buy ANY house for his sake. He has been patient with us and listened to us with his always soft and gentle attitude. So we were able to see and think thoroughly for our first house. He introduced the most reliable people that I can work with from attorney to house cleaning team. There are so many services and people you have to take care including attorney, mortgage, and all about interior work. And I was told, again, to double check and compare the quote. I did so the first couple of times, and ended up believing that Thomas is there truly to support me and help me with the best connection and networking he had. And he does not take his personal advantage over these services except solidifying his network and connection. All those people and services that he introduced me were the best deal with great quality. Honestly, the service that I took care of myself was the least favorite experience. (I should have asked him for introducing the movers earlier!) Another great thing was he explained and updated everything step by step and made certain that things are on the right places.
