Morningstar Storage — Local services in Fort Mill

I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled in this circumstance. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left we were astounded at just how easy this whole process was. Michelle worked with us and she was so kind and sweet. She showed us 2 units that we were looking at and was able to help guide us in the right direction with our storing needs. The facility was very clean, cared for and monitored. When we left it didn't really feel like we had entered into a business transaction, but more like a family. I think that speaks volumes and I hope that this company can continue to grow as long as it continues to hire people who care.

Okay so my husband and I just bought a home yay! So we moved this past Saturday. We went in with the movers and while there I told my husband that I would go let them know in the office that we no longer need the storage unit. It was so fast, easy and efficient. Took no time at all to get the account closed and there was no hassle with signing paperwork or anything. Just a couple clicks of the computer mouse and done. I would like to thank everyone at Extra Space Storage in Fort Mill. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and if we ever need storage space again we will be returning here. Highly recommend...

We moved from Michigan to Fort Mill, SC in early April 2024 and needed a safe and secure, conditioned, storage facility. After checking out a few possibilities we met Chris over at Morningstar (Baxter Village) facility and we were sold from the get go! Chris was very easy to work with, the fees were reasonable, all things considered, and the move-in was easy. We rented a 10X20 + a 10X30 space from April 1st until July 13th. The move-out was also easy and all of our belongings were just as when we put them away. Morningstar even credited us for the 1/2 month we didn't use! All-in-all a "GREAT" experience here at a very well-managed, clean and secure facility. We would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to store things either short-term or longer. They have both conditioned and un--conditioned spaces for rent. Lest I forget, they also have a moving truck with a lift tailgate that they let you use on a first come - first served...

A+ service! Michelle & Monica provided us with EXCEPTIONAL service. Our relocation to the area was not going as smooth as we had hoped. So we were really relieved when Monica and Michelle were able to manage our last minute changes. They went above and beyond for our family. They made sure all of our storage needs were covered and also gave us a treasure trove of useful information about the area (neighborhoods, recreational activities, restaurants, etc.). They were warm, welcoming, patient & helpful throughout the entire process (And the faculty was immaculate!). I would highly recommend this location to everyone.
