What does skeleton crew really mean? Is someone there to pickup the phone or are you closed? Prices are fine and I’m fine if you run out of product but the customer service needs to be addressed. Seems like it’s a reoccurring issue based on reviews. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon due to your response and poor customer service.

I recently was in & asked for a chocolate chip scone & was told they no longer have that item. She suggested a cake with sliced nuts & chocolate dizzel over the top of the item. I paid $3.89 for no chocolate other than the drizzle on top & a spare amount of nut slices also on top. It really tasted like leftover dough with no chocolate chips!
