Project LeanNation Fort Mill — Local services in Fort Mill

I have been going to project lean nation for now 8 weeks. I have lost 8 pounds and that's really the pace I need. Normally I lose weight fast and then after a holiday or a family gathering I fall off the wagon and start eating bad again. They have a great approach by making meals easy to heat up and a large viarety which has kept me on track. I stop by a few times a week to get a shake for lunch and everyone is always friendly. I love there peanut butter balls and protein bars for a snac mid day. Lastly I get weighed in every month and thid has made me feel accountability...

UPDATE: I subscribe to the meals now and they are fantastic. They flash freeze the food after prepping so it’s really fresh after heating it up- they even figured out how to include steamed broccoli without it getting soggy and weird. The variety is great and I can skip weeks if I have enough meals left at home. Highly recommend!

Project Lean Nation is great! The staff members are friendly and always so sweet with my kids. I haven’t tried the meals but I’m a regular customer for their protein shakes, which are fantastic. I’m so glad we have a place like this...

Super excited about not having to both grocery shop AND Cook. The meals are delicious and filling. I actually look forward to having them. I Love the variety of meals available. I have to add a pinch of salt ( literally just a pinch) to a few of the meals but I am A ok with that! The customer service here is also great and the ladies who assisted me were very pleasant. Oh and did I mention that I didn't have to cook or shop...
