Jordan even confirmed it was received on Tuesday but she just didn't bother to check until I called in. I see your practice is to ALWAYS make excuses. A simply apology would have been sufficient.

Used Angie's List to search for providers and Charlotte Glass Tinting reached out on Monday at 4pm to offer two times to stop by for an estimate. I replied back very early Tuesday morning (before office hours) to accept one of the times. Jordan didn't bother to check the message until I called to check on where they were since they hadn't shown up. She blamed me for the estimate not being scheduled instead of apologizing for not checking and booking the appointment. When someone offers a time and you reply back that it works for your schedule, you expect them to book it. I got my Mazda6 tinted at Charlotte Glass Tinting and I'm very happy with the results. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job. After waiting a week for the film to cure and cleaning the inside of the windows I took a close look at everything and found 2 very small air bubbles in the entire car (I had all windows tinted plus the strip across the top of the windshield). I've not noticed any specs of dust. I'm sure if I went through it with a magnifying glass I could find more blemishes, but, all things considered, that's about as good a job as I could have hoped for. It's nearly impossible to get a 100% blemish-free application. There was also no damage to my car whatsoever (as an owner of a brand new car, I get super nervous about finding even the tiniest cuts or scratches anywhere).

I would not hesitate to get any more tinting at Charlotte Glass Tinting or recommending...

This review is a long time coming. First of all, I would like to thank Rob and his team for their excellent customer service. I had them put the 3M Pro Paint protection film and 3M Crystalline window tinting done on my a year old new car. I would like to mention that this work was done after removing an already existing 3M paint protection film and 3M window tinting which was a result of a bad installation by a so called Authorized 3M dealer in south Charlotte. With help from 3M, Rob went above and beyond to fix the issue. He removed the already existing paint protection film/window tinting meticulously without causing any damage and installed them beyond my expectations. I would recommend Charlotte Glass tinting to everybody for a reliable service at a reasonable price. keep up the good work...
