Make sure you SAVE for your next glute day! Lots of good info in here guys 😌🤌🏼 I knooow it was fast… so let me break it down for you on here 😉 Pre workout I use is linked on my amazon under fitness must haves and ill forever swear by it + quality scienced backed ingredients. You simply cannot ask for anything better 🤌🏼 Pray 1st while dynamic stretching - duh… 🤪😌🫡 thanking God for the ability to workout today, asking him for his strength and wisdom to get you through this workout! 1. Kas bridges - increasing weight decreasing reps 10,8,6,4 but ALWAYS do more if you can. I make sure the padding is directly in the middle of the bar then roll it towards me. My knees tell when where to place my feet. I use my elbows to get myself off the ground and lower my bum until my shins start to break 90. I am activity engaging my glutes the entire time to put myself into that full top range of motion. 2. Squats - Warm up weight into increasing / decreasing. The bar should be in line with your chest. Lunge forward and take the least amount of steps back possible into your squat stance. Brace your core and hinge your hips back while your knees come forward in line with your toes. Keep your chest and eyes facing forward and pop up. 3. Split squats - Place your foot on the back of the bench, hips are squared and lean back into your foot to find out how far your front leg can go for your correct stance. Weight on non working side for better balance, brace core and go back at an angle. Standing straight up is quads and leaning forward is glutes. 4. RDLS - Narrow stance, roll shoulders back & down, brace core and hinge hips back like you are closing a door with your bum as you ride your dumbbells down your shins slowly for about 3-4 secs until your end rom (your but cabt go back any farther) stay for 1 sec, engage glutes and come up. I usually do an accessory movement with bands or cables, but didnt have time to film it 🤪 Walk for 5 mins or MORE !! Annnnd make sure you let me know how it went for you! Working out at Better Bodies has been a great experience, and I highly recommend this gym. The staff are friendly, helpful, and encouraging. The community feels more like a family than a frat house. My gym-experience prior to signing up with Better Bodies was mostly military gyms, and few of the local spots (urban active, LA fitness). I can say I'm very impressed with the selection of equipment, and the variety of free weights. Some of the facility high notes for me are: the floor space for circuits, the padded weight plates, kettle bell selection, sauna, TOWEL SERVICE. (Towels are a must for a sweaty guy like me). All in all very pleased with the results I've achieved while at Better Bodies; and I feel I owe at least part of the credit to...

Jordan is great!! I had suffered a herniated disc in my neck twice over a year ago, but was having a difficult time recovering despite all the massage, physio and rehab exercises I was doing. Getting FST allowed me to gain a full range of movement so that I could do my rehab exercises more effectively. After only 4 sessions with Jordan, the neuropathy disappeared and I started gaining strength on the injured side of my body. I continue to see Jordan for tune ups and to ensure that I do not lapse into bad habits and restrict my movements. Thank you Jordan!!

BTW - I don't know why there are such bad reviews about the staff. All the front line staff I have met have been friendly, professional and have gone out of their way to make my time...

Don't try to cancel their services. Hoops to jump through and they don't respond to your voice mails/emails. You have to come in to cancel, you have to speak with your trainer if you want to cancel that, and they don't cancel. I was billed last month after my contract ran out and I came in to cancel. They assured me I would get a credit after my second time in to talk to them (they wouldn't respond otherwise!). I'm currently disputing the charges on my credit card, we'll see what holds in store for the next...
