I thought this would be one of the best moments in my life. I bought and engagement ring and then and wedding ring enhancer. As well as my husbands wedding band. I tool my engagement ring and enhancer to be fixed July 8th. For it to be returned wrong sized. Today got a call saying it was back but a diamond is missing out of the enhancer. 1st this is just a h8gw disappointment for a bride. And not to mention the lack communication or lack of compassion. Had a Horrible first experience at this store! I called yesterday and spoke to a lady, Sheila, about a ring I saw online and told her the occasion I needed it for. So, I told her I'd be there to get it today.... and, I don't live close to this store. When I got there, I found that she had sold that ring, the Only one they had like that, right in front of me to another lady! She apologized, but that meant Nothing to me!
