Definitely low end dining experience! I have noticed that this location is going in the same direction of the Gunbarrell location. The interior is run down. The carpet is filthy looks like it was last year since it was cleaned. I had trouble finding a clean table. I ordered the Chicken noodle and Chipotle chicken sandwich with avacado. After I had eaten half of it, I realized there were fewer pieces of chicken in it. After I examined it, the pieces were just fatty pieces with skin on them. I am careful with my diet to watch what I eat and Panera has always been a good reliable place, but now I believe something has changed for the worse. Nothing like what they advertise. The chicken noodle soup had maybe 3 pieces of chicken in it and a few pieces of noodles mostly all soup stock. I have been disappointed by Panera by the lack of having someone greet you and provide service in both of these locations. The coffee many times is empty when I come by. This is not the Panera bread I came to 4 years ago.

Now i work in the restaurant business just like these people who work at this store. The number one thing my boss always always told me is to NEVER under any circumstances close the store before time. Let alone close the door at a paying customer face while their coming in. Now i arrived 10 mins before closing for some hot soup to take home during a storm going on outside. As soon as I pull up my car and running to get INSIDE this employee come out the door and told me "sorry miss we're close" and shut the door in my face in the pouring rain...... this is unacceptable Panera. Read moreAlmost every time I make an online order, they don’t actually have the items that the app says are available. They NEVER call to let me know they don’t have it before I get there. I spend 30 minutes waiting for the order only to go to the front and discover they don’t have it. Then they never want to give me a refund, and instead want to replace it with stuff I don’t want. Ordering with the app is supposed to be quick and convenient but it’s always such a huge waste of my time and money. At the very least they should place a phone call like every other restaurant does when they don’t have something that was ordered online. And they need to offer a refund instead of trying to pressure people into paying for stuff they don’t want. I won’t be ordering from here again. This literally happens almost every time.
