This shout is for you Amie!!! I told you I'd mention you in a review. I went to this Tmobile store in Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga. with my new Samsung Galaxy S22 I'd received as a free upgrade from my old S10. For 3 weeks I exhausted every online tip and trick I could find to make the phone stop disconnecting from the carrier service. I finally hit the wall knowing it was a bad Sim card or the phone was bad. But because the problem came and went it would trick me into thinking it was fixed only to fail again. Amie started with the basics, settings, and like me realized (way faster than I) that the sim was failing and swapped it out. Low and behold, when we booted it and accomplished the setup it still would not connect up. Arrrrgh!!! She worked and worked and worked but no matter what she did couldn't find the answer. She called a tech friend on vacation, she called the head tech (Andy I think) who, joining their knowledge together, came to the conclusion the new Sim card was also bad. All this going on while a loud, obnoxious acting woman yelled over Amie and Andy as they discussed the issue. Amie never showed tension. She smiled. Conducted herself professionally and maintained the course. I was frustrated for her and made a comment out loud so the lady could hear me. Amy had to keep telling Sim ID info and phone info over and over because of that mad woman and Amy never fliched. She put in a new card and Bingo. It took off, connected and began doing what it was supposed to do. She helped me swipe and reset the phone to be safe, and I told her she was amazing. She was in the trenches with me and my problem and she stayed focused like a Green Beret. Wow Amy! Just wow. T-mobile. Yall hired well with that...
Read moreNathan yelled at me. 2-07-2024 I was at the location around 10:25 to 10:40 Despicable. I came into the location because I have been getting billed a double bill every month when I’m supposed to pay $59 a month. But, I’m being billed $137 and it does reflect in my account, and I have been trying to get the phone service disconnected and every time I go to disconnect a bill me for another month. Nathan yelled at me, and said I was wrong, and a store associate, a younger girl helped me and she sees what I’m saying and I came back in the evening and the other store associate, which is another male, also seen and help me get my phone service disconnected even though I cannot get my money back that I have lost all these months due to being doublebilled and while I was there Nathan kept whispering stuff to the other guys when I asked if I could get my money credited back to me that was took for me and I will never do business with T-Mobile and I will tell everyone I know do not go to this company or trust them. Taking my business elsewhere. After being charged all this time they charge me $34 twice today and then another $5 to disconnect my service I originally bought the phone from Walmart 18 months ago and paid cash for the Phone upfront for the phone and chose the pay-as-you-go plan. nothing gave them the right to steal money from me and not refund it. I only have a regular phone line and it’s the cheapest unlimited with a $10 a month hotspot and the bill is double every month now. The weird thing I kept telling the other T-Mobile employees and my bills are “b105” and not to help me get my money refunded that was stolen from me out of my account...

But they are always so nice! Curious, answered all questions never in a rush ! Walk u through step by step with anything!! I’m very impressed with that store! My husband and I just got upgraded to new iPhones and the deals they are constantly doing is incredible! They help u with setting up ur new phone walk u through the entire process! It does takes time! But well worth it!!! They have u check ur phone to make sure everything is working right before u leave !! Also as long as ur phone is completely unlocked u can trade in ur old phone and get another depending on the condition of ur old iPhone !! Their process is completely different than most cell companies!! also unlike cricket where u have to go through a financing company just to upgrade to a new iphone they need all this personal information! T- mobile does things differently! once ur eligible for an upgrade! every month u pay on time thru auto pay! u get so many credits a month! It really adds up! i believe u can u those credits to buy things! i think u can also use some of them to get a new phone !!
