I was SO excited. I had finally found my place! I went in to get a pedicure, fill and eyebrow wax. While there I noticed on the brochure it mentioned they did eyebrow tenting with wax for $30. I asked if I could also do that or did I need to make a separate appointment for that. They said they would do it that day and an additional appointment wasn’t required. At the end of my appointment, I was told I couldn’t get the waxing or the tenting because that person was already booked. Fair. So I left and came back a few days later. Was then told I needed an appointment and it wouldn’t be until about 7 hours from then. While frustrating, I understood why they couldn’t accommodate me at that time. Fully planned on keeping my appointment until I called you confirm the price for the service. I was told I was booked for waxing $12 and the tenting for $30. I said your website and your in store brochure says both for $30. He said they’re both wrong and it’s $42. So I said please cancel. I won’t be back. It isn’t about the money, it’s just the principle and the way I’ve been treated. It’s listed wrong on your website and in the salon. That isn’t my fault. Please have better...

Friendly. Clean. Efficient. Everything you you could ask for in a nail salon. From the moment I walked in I was catered to with offers of snacks and drinks. The manager (Lulu/Lelu/Lela?) even came by and was personally telling me about some of their spa products. Everyone was so attentive it made me feel super pampered which is exactly what I needed. Nina did a great job. She was super detailed and really took care to make sure I was happy with my gel pedicure and had a great first experience. All of the products were so gentle, smelled great, and left my skin so smooth and soft. I especially loved the combination of the mint mask with the hot towel but the paraffin wax and lotion candle took the cake for me. Super chic, beautiful place! We got in, had no wait. I came here today to find my new forever salon, I’ve been going to the same nail tech for over 8 years and the past few times i have gone, which is religiously every two weeks, sometimes weekly, the experience with whom I thought had grown a relationship after so long with them, had been extremely unpleasant, I’ve been patient with them thinking maybe it’s just a bad day, but after more than a couple of times, I decided it was time to find another salon and tech. So me and my sister came here today and the service was great! Got exactly what I wanted, very friendly, and the price was actually better than my previous tech I was loyal to for over 8 long years.
