Absolute worst experience today! Two individuals “working” the store — upon entering the store one was outside while the other was engaged in an extended conversation with a customer already eating. I waited patiently for five minutes. The employee in the store eventually returned to behind the counter but never offered to take my order. A minute later, the other employee outside the store comes in the building, gloves up but does not wash his hands, and proceeds to take and prepare my sandwich order. He then tells me the other employee, who has ignored me to this point, will ring me out. This starts another long wait because she has now returned to the dining area, talking to the same customer she was earlier engaged with. I finally walk over and ask if she could ring me out so that I could get my food. She gives me the look of death and angrily returns to the counter to ring me out. She informs me the fountain machine is broke so if I want a bottled Coke it will be extra. Stupidly enough, I consented. I know there is a talent shortage, but the owner/manager of this store might want to consider how they will survive when customers are treated poorly. Read moreI have never had a problem ordering delivery from this restaurant and while the delivery times aren't appealing - they have always stuck within the time frame provided within 5 minutes. Today however...my incorrect and cold order was delivered TWO HOURS after being ordered. 1 hour and 15 minutes AFTER my delivery window...when I called, the manager tried to make me feel bad stating that his concern was for his driver, while knowing that she was the only driver for the day and she was delivering EVERY delivery order that was scheduled for the time frames around mine. Instead of being honest with me and telling me that she was out on multiple deliveries alone, he made me feel bad and made it seem as if she had been out on my delivery for over an hour and he was concerned for her safety. I was not rude over the phone, & although I would like to call back and tell him what I feel, I will simply write a review. Beware that your order may not be delivered within the time frame provided, the order may be wrong...and you will be made to feel guilty for asking where it is. But Good Lord almighty, by the time you get it you wont even care that its wrong because you will likely be so hungry you...
Read moreDecor is nice. Broccoli and Cheddar was good. That's where it stops. I ordered for two people one salad, one half sandwich 6 inch, bag of chips one drink. Cost almost $22. Ok so it was on the expensive side. However, when we arrived there was only one table sat, the restaurant was empty, and every table was dirty. Staff was all behind the counter. The flow was not good we were asked what we ordered multiple times by different people going down the line. They forgot something had to get up and go get it. Seemed as if they didn't want to do the job. So overpriced food, dirty tables, mediocre food at best and terrible customer service. That was my first impression. It is new, I may possibly go back and try something else but I have doubts. Organization, cleanliness, communication and quality products are key to restaurant success. all of which failed us this time. I would like to see them become successful but they certainly have some wrinkles to iron out before that happens. It was a.miserable experience for me and my work staff for our lunch.
