DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Fort Wayne

Will never shop here again. I came in to the store because corporate told me to go return or exchange the item I purchased due to a defect. I thought that was great service because I had already laundered the item. They said their goal was 100% satisfaction…maybe corporate, but not the stores goal. The store employees told me they would not return anything else even if corporate said so if it has been laundered. We went back and forth for a minute until the reason came out…individual commission. If they were smart enough, they would realize that I’m going to buy something else and that would make the return even. Also, good customer service will definitely guarantee a return visit. Not these folks though…all about their own pocket and can’t see the forest...

Me and my fiance went in and we stated his size, the man who helped us ended up having him try on 7 types of pants and when i asked for a size 2x bigger than the size i had i only got one size bigger. We finally did settle on pants. and then the person helping us ended up being busy and helping 3 other people. We ended up having to leave. He came outside of the building, he stated to us that it helped them if we ordered online through them. Then as we told him we were on a time crunch he stated that "Well I guess it IS America." Very disappointed I have bought from store in past this time they had very limited color sizes and styles in both pants and shirts needed 48x 28 gray pants no luck needed 20 tall shortsleeve shirt in solid no luck so I bought 2 pants in different color and ordered a shirt from another store and paid $7 for 2-3 day delivery. After 5 days I never got shirt so I called customer service #.Come to find out they sent it to wrong address said they would refund my account they did, but only for the shirt not the $7 that they charged me and then sent to wrong address.Prices are very high compared to Big&Tall catalog spent $274 for two pants,1 shirt and a belt.I will not buy from...
