I am going to give my most honest review/opinion about this business, as a whole. To start out, my wife and I were looking for a place to have our sons 2 year celebration and came across this on the web, decided to take the kids to try it out and see how it goes. 10/2/22 we take the kids and the place seemed small but much to do in the areas for the kids, we decided to look at the brochure and get some information, the lady provided all the details and was really nice, we opted in for the themed birthday party which is the most expensive after tax was about $840. We paid it all in full that day and she stated someone will reach out to us Tuesday as it was a Sunday. Fast forward to Tuesday and no response, (1st red flag) so I reach out on Wednesday to confirm everything. Come 10/16 for the birthday party, we arrive and everyone was nice and great and it was about 1:45 and the room was not set up and it looked meh, back drop was not Spider-Man as they stated everything would be Spider-Man themed and it wasn't. his theme was Spider-Man so they supplied the napkins, plates, and balloon's all Spider-Man themed, to be honest, everything looked cheap and something I could have brought in myself for a fraction of the cost I'm sure. The hostess gal, was very sweet and nice, so she was pleasant! Come the 1st hour of playing, it was time to bring out the song and Spider-Man character to lead the kids to the party room, play games, and take photos. The whole time, the person under the mask showed absolutely no enthusiasm and just seemed they didn't want to be there and for that role, you're there to pump the kids up and especially for being a child's favorite hero, it was horrible and when they did the baby shark "game" he didn't even know the dancing and hardly did it. That was the most disappointing part of the party. I know it's only 2 hours long, but everything felt very rushed and not pleasant, the themed choice for $800 is a waste, if you decide to go with this. Get the most cheapest package or just have it else where. For the price for any package, the value just isn't there, they also only had 5 adult chairs in the party room so we had over 10 people standing the whole time. The party was a dud, mediocre at best and will not return. When I brought this up to the person at the front, she just agreed, nothing more. Will not return. Took my 6 and 2 year old yesterday. Upon arriving, the staff at the desk were not friendly at all. We decided to go for one hour and we were charged almost $33 - which is incredibly expensive to me for the amount of time we paid for. The toddler area was completely disgusting. It was dirty, hair all over the place and so much dust everywhere. Also, there were kids that were well over the age of 8 playing in the toddler area and made it difficult for my 2 year old to play. There was no staff supervision of this area at times to make sure that it was a safe place for small children. Outside of the toddler area, the place was just so dirty. You can tell that the toys are barely cleaned (if that) - and the bathroom was so disgusting. The smell was awful. I had to change my 2 year old in my car because of how dirty the bathroom was. As we were about to leave, I decided to clean my children’s hands and knees - and they were filthy. The wipe was covered in dirt after I cleaned them. That tells you that there is no accountability in their cleaning standards. This place can claim all they want that they take pride in their cleanliness but it is far from the truth. I am extremely disappointed in this place. My children barely played because they too couldn’t enjoy it. I wish I could get my money back because our experience was not worth the $33. I feel robbed! I would appreciate it if someone from management could get back to me and let me know how I can get my money back for such a terrible experience. I would have rather taken them to the kids area at Galleria mall where it is actually clean and they would have fun. I am not sure how this place is still in business and parents are okay taking their children to such a dirty and unfriendly establishment. We love cheeky monkeys and have been coming here for years, but after what happened this Thursday I just want to post this little reminder. This is absolutely not the fault of the establishment of course and that is why I'm leaving 5 stars because they deserve it! Me and my 8 year old son were putting our shoes on to leave, but my 5 year old son wasn't wanting to come down. I go to call for him again, without going all the way in because my shoes were back on and they were closing in like 15 minutes, and my son comes out of the trampoline area screaming. We rushed him to the ER, and his left arm is broken. He said he had jumped from the top of the trampoline and I guess just had a very, very unlucky fall. A lot of kids have a hard time believing or accepting that they're not invincible, my son definitely being one of them, despite teaching them how to play safely their whole lives. While this didn't happen while I was sitting at the tables and letting them play alone, I know a lot of us parents come and do exactly that for a lot of the time we're at these indoor playgrounds, just for a much needed break. I'm posting this to just remind everyone how easily and quickly accidents can happen, even in a safe and padded up area like cheeky monkeys. If this review inspires anyone to maybe have an extra talk with their child, or even just tell them to be extra careful around that trampoline, and prevents some more broken bones, that's all I'm trying to do.
