UPSCALE — Local services in Fort Worth

After today I will never step foot in this establishment AGAIN! I literally ship here every week for my daughter and I spending at least 300+. Every time I go typically the manager speaks and will put my clothes to the side or in a fitting room if I have a lot on my arm so that I can continue to shop comfortably Well today there was a young Asian girl working who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked her very politely if she could start a fitting room for me since I had so many items or if she could place the clothes on the outside of the rack so I could shop. She stated it was against their policy. What? Every retail store I have been to has always offered to start a fitting room if they see you are struggling with multiple items. She insisted that she couldn’t and that there were multiple people in the store in which there was only 1 other person shipping. At this point I asked for a manager and she lied saying she didn’t have one so I walked to the cashier where the manager was and explained what had happened. She was very apologetic and wanted to help. The same girl walked over and decided she wanted to continue going back and fourth with me after I no longer wanted to deal with her. I asked her multiple times to move away from me and to stop speaking to me as the manager is taking care of me, at this point she wouldn’t even listen to the manager! I walked away and said I would never purchase from them again, the manager followed me to continue apologizing to make things better but the employee continued pointing, laughing and speaking against her co worker about the situation. If it wasn’t for the horrible customer service I dealt with today and disrespect given I am a 35 year old woman and this child was maybe 18 and the most I would have still been a customer. If this is who styles for less is allowing to represent their brand I will never spend another...

I like the selection. But I bought a dress about a month ago and tried to return it a few days later 5 or so mins before closing because I work business hours and they close at 6... that's early for a retail store. She turned me away saying that they were closed. I understand what it's like to want to leave so I left. Then I go back to try to return it again but it's been a month later. Dress never worn and the lady told me it's passed the 14 day return policy. I let her know I tried returning it before, she asked if it was recently and I told her it was a few days after the purchase and I was turned away because they were closing. She reiterated that it's past the 14 day return policy. It's my fault of course for not knowing the return policy even though I wasn't told at the counter on the purchase date so I left with my dress that I'm not going to wear because they're store hours are not normal and the return policy is insanely too early. A normal retail store is open til 8-9pm and return policy's normally 90 days. I will not return even though I like the selection. I'm not going to give my money to bad...

The store is pretty nice. Lots of options including colors, styles, prints, and glitter. My daughter loved it. She is on the smaller side so everything fit her perfect or too big. These are not designer dresses and the sizes do run small. Store was clean. There is no seating area and no restrooms. The fitting room area is large and spacious. They not only have dresses but tops and bottoms. I believe the little lady everyone bashes helped us find a dress and checked us out. She is older and im sure she has a very different culture. She helped us with no issues we did not even ask for help and no she never smiled but she was not rude either. I will return to bring my daughter shopping but not with my other small children. We spent $30 on a dress for graduation. We spent the whole weekend at multiple stores but here she found one in...
