Firehouse Subs Alliance Town Center — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Cashier who took our order was a butt head. He said “hi welcome” when I walked up to his register and before I could say anything in response, he ignored me and started talking to another employee. When I asked what sizes they have for subs, he immediately gave me the most sarcastic tone and was a jerk talking to me like I was an idiot pointing at the paper on the counter (which was covered and obviously somewhere a person wouldn’t look...they’d look at the menu on the wall which didn’t have sizes on there) and said small, medium, large. Then every time he asked me a question and I’d answer, he forgot what I said, so really he was the stupid one. Terrible experience and real big jerk. This is easily one of my favorites, but I haven't had good customer service here other than one time.

I won't speak against every employee here, but I usually find a mix of mumbling and irritation. My order was made wrong twice today, I wanted to stop by on my break but was late to work because it was incorrect the first time, I waited all night to dig in to find it wrong again.

Because of the customer service, and really the convenience, I only order for pick up, and will not make the same mistake of ordering in person again. I've spent a lot of my money and points here, and it's only because of how good the food is. If it wasn't so high quality, I'd spend my...

I love firehouse. It's my favorite sub place. This is the first firehouse that I've walked into that was dirty. The teenage kids were too busy talking in their empty restaurant to clean the tables, sweep the floor, clean the drink station, or notice customers walking in. They did take my order and was nice. It took 20 minutes to get my sandwiches, they were good. When I paid out they did not ask me if I wanted to round up to the nearest dollar to donate to fire fighters.
