Saturday at 7:36 PM November 2 Sister, who is paraplegic and I were shopping in the north face and section downstairs when my sister was trying on some UGG sweaters and Northface shirt she was accused of stealing a white hat the sales representative they were working at that time and I believe she called herself, causing a huge scene Over a hat they misplaced They were accusing my sister of stealing, called the cops and security who were basically verbally attacking my sister not only that my sister was trying to take a photo of the cop badge number and name, and he slapped her hand so she would be unable to Take a photo of his badge number and name The sales workers and the manager were laughing and being very disrespectful and very unprofessional. They were accusing my sister of being someone else, and the police were not allowing her to show her ID, which would state that she is not the person that they were saying she was she was kicked out of Dillards and the entire mall due to the lack of the police officers work Myself, and my sister have never experienced something so ghetto And so inappropriate. not wants to give my sister a chance to bring her ID out to show who she really was because they were saying she was someone else who steals when they go there and all all they did was just laugh at my sister and kick her out. I am so disappointed in Dillard. We have shop there for many years we have so many North face and items from Dillards you know we have no need to go in there and steal so to just be accused of feeling is so crazy and ridiculous. Not only do they cause my sister, physical and mental distress, but having Her ass assaulted by having her hand pushed by one of the police officers of the fwpd was very uncalled for and unnecessary. They are unprofessional and I recommend no one shop there or give them any business. The manager don’t wanna say her name but the manager that was working, she knows who she is and she read this complaint was laughing and acting as if she was somebody But in reality she’s a worker and she needs to learn Her place, which is to serve the customer not be on her cell phone, laughing and also laughing with the Cop. so unprofessional, apparently those workers and manager and officers were not raised correctly. They were raised. Like animals, they ended up finding the hat that they had said my sister stole after blaming us and causing a A huge unnecessary scene, the cop even threatening to push my sister out of her chair, which once again is paraplegic We have filed a complaint with the Fort Worth police department as well as hired an attorney. They all wanted to sit there and laugh and take advantage of their position But we will get the last laugh because our position in life not work life We will get the last laugh and we will see you guys in court Trust me, I recorded everything on my cell phone especially you guys laughing with the police officer making joke Sales workers in that section do not deserve to work there. You were highly unqualified. We will not stop until you guys suffer the consequences that you deserve You have mentally broken my sister and caused her distress And fear no amount Sorry, Conmect the way that you made my sister feel I pray that you all never have to deal with what we dealt With you guys We will see who gets the last laugh, and I guarantee you will be laughing the same way you laughed at us, except will be laughing Diamonds In luxury items, unlike you who couldn’t even afford the clothes where you work you guys are a sorry. My wife and I have been coming to this location for a year or two now and the reason we do is because we always have a wonderful experience and we’re helped immediately every time it’s like the employees know exactly what we want WHEN we want it. Everyone’s so nice especially the men and women working in Clinique, Bobbi Brown, Lancôme, and Khelis which are my wife’s favorite places to go to.. I say all of this to say for the last couple of months the energy in there has been very off and EVERY SINGLE TIME we have come in there these last few times we finally understand why especially after the other day. Some manager I assume is what his “title” is and I believe his name is Richard. Talks to his employees like they are dogs I just needed to let at least someone know so that something is done to fix this. We hate to stop coming here not because of the employees but because of the manager. My wife has never felt so uncomfortable asking for help here before until this man started working there, we could feel his eyes on his employees the entire time we are in there and the last time we were there as soon as we left a counter he started to get on to someone for god knows what and she began to cry.. right there in front of everyone and that’s not the first time we’ve witnessed this. The employees at this location have never looked more stressed out EVER until now. They cower any time that man is around and I get that he may be the manager but he should not be allowed to treat his employees like this nor should they look like they’re on edge the at all times. I am sure I am not the only frequent guest that feels this way. Hopefully something is done about this because we’ve been seeing some of our favorite employees drop like flies and we no longer see them. The sell reps In Dillard’s are highly untrained and unqualified the way you treated a paraplegic of stealing after you guys found the hat and the laughing that you did in the emotional trauma and distress you caused her you guys do not deserve to work there. You guys have no heart you are not someone I would want to work for my company. You have no professionalism and no class whatsoever and that’s not a question that’s a statement you guys are beyond classless. Ask for the police officer basically physically assaulting my sister, by pushing her hand with her phone, trying to get a picture of his badge goes to show that he was in the wrong as well And we will not stop until we get justice we want new employee that know how to treat people, especially the sales manager. That was there she needs to be fired. I’m not sure what got in her mind that she thought she was Beyoncé or Jennifer Lopez But unfortunately, she’s not. She had no right to speak or treat my sister that way. Like I said in the previous review, we will not stop until we get justice. You guys treated a paraplegic person unfair and. Disrespected her and caused emotional damage. I pray God help you guys find.peace All of those sales reps in that section to go to a sales training and be trained on how to talk and sell product because how do you work for our family?
