Extremely poor customer service. I have enjoyed galactic gamez for months and I'm not necessarily a regular but I do come in there often and I'd say I've been to this establishment a good 12 times already and enjoyed 10 of those visits with me making frequent purchases of PSVITA titles and gameboy advanced games. Selection is really great however like I said only 10 of those visits have been good. I didn't want to stoop to this extreme to give a local and small business a review like this but I feel my concerns must be heard. Plus I feel like mistakes happen and they are part of this world. However with that being said I went to galactic about three weeks ago and was looking to make a purchase of two psvita games. I laid them up to the counter and the individual who was taking care of me at the time mentioned he would have to look for those games as they were not in their regular place. He seemed to have an attitude as if I had inconvenienced his day. I had my friends with me which was Thier first time at this establishment there so they saw this play out and this transaction was taking very long and I went to go look at other video games while I gave the individual time to look for my games I wanted to purchase before I knew it he was tending to other needs of customers and seemingly forgot I had interest in purchasing these games. Hey it's business you need to take care of everyone I get it but when I mentioned if he had found the games I wanted to purchase he said he was taking care of other customers. He then proceeded to acknowledge other customers who just had walked in while not really focusing on any tasks at hand. I didn't want to make a huge deal so I walked out. My friend made a purchase and then mentioned he wasn't coming back because he didn't feel comfortable with that interaction. Just like all mistakes in the world it happened and places deserve another chance plus this place has been getting business from me for a while and even gave them great praise on my YouTube channel. Today I came in right at opening time since I was in the area and walked in with no greeting, really didn't mind as I figured whoever was opening was just taking care of task I went to the PSVITA section and got the two games I originally wanted to purchase the last time I came and it was the same individual who was helping me last time I asked him in the most polite way "hey do you guys happen to have these games?" Which he then proceeded to give me an attitude that was no palatable citing "yeah you walked out last time and did not buy the games" with a look of inconvenience on his face. I simply could have left and not purchased the games which I honestly should have but I'm good faith and I purchased the games. If you were able to recall you helping me from a transaction that happened weeks ago why couldn't you have simply remembered I wanted to purchase the games then and there? Read moreThose people are really rude and money hungry. I was playing in the tournament. I have several disabilities including autism. I have several mental and physical disabilities. I have many problems there. One I get pockys there, and I usually never get them bc I never gotten the taste to like them but when I got them there they were amazing. They are like $4 and some cents i got two boxes today which only should of costed me $8-$9 including tax. No i got charged close to $12 today. My next problem is one of the workers im not gonna say anyone's names or who. They were quiet rude to my brother giving him the cold shoulder for no reason at all. All my brother was trying to do was trying to have a nice convo and he got shoved off like nope not gonna do this. Oh let me mention, My brother is also autistic. next issue is I buy yugioh cards there they say "20 cents a piece" but I don't believe that. I got 30 cards, going with the 20 cents price what I was given. I would only gotten charged $6 - $7 including tax. I got charged $11 and some cents. A week ago I asked where are their stitch binders they said they don't have any. They didn't check the back or even on their computer. I have to order it online and wait a long time for it. My last problem happened when me and my brother left. We walked out and one of the people walked out with us saying they have gotten "complaints" about a "smell" they were saying about me. My back pack gotten peed on by my dogs several times. Instead asking me they automatically ASSUMED I didn't shower or something. Then they said something about how I have "the same shirt on from last week" I have SERVERAL of the same shirt that look exactly the same because of my autism.
