BEST PLACE EVER! No question about it. I went a couple days ago and to give you a good picture I usually always do my own nails but this day I was busy all morning and ā“ I hadn't ate all day so imagine my face whenever I sat down to finally relax and they offered me egg rolls!! I was so surprised and of course accepted the offer (I even ask for more later). I tell them how good they were and the sweetest lady next to me oh yes so good and the people too they always take care of you and they truly do and at a great price. I had a great time there even when I called before showing up they answered quickly. I cant believe I've never gone and I've been living down the street for years! This will definitely be my new place to go and thank you to the staff for my experience.
Hello there, this is me Brisa again. Updating the review because the other day I came here with my mom everything was okay got offered drinks and egg rolls, I ate my egg roll as usual. This would be my second time this year coming in to the salon and it had been 6 months since I came. Unfortunately this time I had relieved a male artist that wasn't the best. I understand the techs have to upsell you but this man had told me about 10 times I should get gel. I never get gel because 1 I'm allergic and 2 I say regular last even better than gel. Once he knew i wasn't going to budge and mainly because the tech next to him assured him that I don't want gel, I got the most half ass service for the rest of my time. He only put 1 coat of the glitter polish, not even 2 coats and not even a top coat. Can't believe a grown man got butt hurt because I simply didn't want gel. I've gone to plenty salons and have never been treated that way for decling Gel. This is why I'm going back to Day Salon in Lake worth with my girl Helen. She is the ultimate best! When I declined gel with her I didn't get pushed on it or get treated differently after, thank You Helen and Goodbye Lanza Nails, I will miss your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTo be honest, one time I went to the nail salon They did really good on the yin and yang design, but this time I didnāt really enjoy my experience as much the nail kind of broke on one of mine, and she didnāt want to fix it in the process even though I asked her to and the lady that did my toes did a good job, but it was all way too expensive. They were really up charging me. I had never spent that much at that nail salon before, so Iām kind of confused why I spent $115 for nails and toes when it would cost most $80 I donāt really have money. Last time I got my nails done it was only $65 so Iām confused why my nails plus my toes ended up being 115$. The toes are like literally just normal paint I mean itās the jail to know itās more expensive but nothing shouldāve added up to more than $100. Iām so confused. I went ahead and did something for myself because I never do anything and Iām always working on my feet and doing things I can never do anything for myself so I just thought it would be nice but to be honest I really wish I could get my money back that I work hard for because I really donāt get paid much. Yāall wonder why I get my nails done without having barely any money well worry about your own life. I have a very stressful life and this is just something thatās good to do for myself. I guess. probably shouldāve got a massage instead. But whatever there goes my money. I wouldnāt waste your money unless you know for a fact what you want and youāre very verbal and upfront because Iām very shy and I donāt speak up...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAmazing! Walk in and we were greeted and seated immediately which is not like the half hour wait Iāve had at other places nearby. They offered refreshments, extremely nice, and gave my daughter a couple snacks as she waited for me. Full set, dip, and custom design for me and it looks better than I could have imagined and was only $65! My daughter also got polish and glitter which was only $5. All in all everything was just perfect! Definitely my go to spot and will absolutely be returning again! Wish I got the ladies name though, I totally forgot to ask.
EDIT: Updated almost a month later. So Iām pretty conflicted. I had a great experience when I visited. Everything went great and was better than I expected. I was knicked in the thumb when she was doing my cuticles and it hurt but I thought nothing of it because itās a common thing that happens and I didnāt see it as a big deal. That said, it just wasnāt going away and now here we are a month later and I have this really nasty infection now. Iāve taken every action and kept it as clean as possible and done everything I can but I canāt help but think that maybe tools are not very clean and properly sanitized as they should be and especially with covid around, I think that is a really important step. I did have a great experience to begin with but Iām not willing to take the risk after a month long cuticle infection so unfortunately I donāt think I will be coming back unless they up their sanitation.
Edit #2: This took over a year to heal. Please...
