I've been / was a customer since about half a year. Today I walked out! 04/03/17 ! Anthony the manager did my nails there since not to many would do the pink and white acrylic. My nails lifted after about 6-10 days. He tried different things and bonder to keep them stay better. So at least he tried and I was happy he did. But no later then after 2 weeks I had to go for a fill and every other time a pink and white fill. Last weekend I called Anthony and asked him if Kathy would be available to give me a pedicure. He told me yes you wanna come now? I said sure if Kathy is available. He said ok yes. I told him I'm on my way. I walked in, he told me get my color. Then there was a different lady and I asked Anthony where is Kathy? She always gives me a pedicure and I just called you and you told me she's here?! He said Kathy? No she's not working here anymore! I said What? But you told me she's here..? I was really upset , he could've told me that on the phone! So I could've made a different decision about my pedicure. On Saturday I called to get an appointment for Sunday at 1:00 with Anthony for a fill. I wasn't sure if I'm able to make it but I told him that I will call him to let him know if I can't make it. I called at 12:05 right after they opened on Sunday to change my appointment to Monday st 4:00 after work, since I couldn't make Sunday! He told me 4:00 is ok! I walked in today 4:03... Anthony sat at his table being busy! Not even looking up as I greated him. I told the ladies at the desk I have a 4:00 PM with Anthony! He STILL didn't look up! His desk lady talked to him in a different language what I didn't understood. His desk is right there 3rd on right side! I walked up and said Hello Anthony! I have a appointment with you st 4:00 today! He said , yes sit down! I said sit down ? How long?? I mean 5-10 minutes I understand and wouldn't say a thing BUT he said about 30 minutes! I said what? I don't have time for that! That's why I make an appointment! He said yes but you just walked in! I said well yes of course because I have a 4:00 appointment with you! He just said that he's busy with a customer for an hour... I have nails for so many years knowing he just started her about 10-15 minutes ago at the most! I asked if there's somebody else available? Answer was no! I said ok ! Thank you! You just lost a customer! How rude! Two incidents in less then a week, no thank you! His customer service skills are plain out zero to me after these 2 incidents! I called Sunday to rescheduled, so he wouldn't wait and could take someone else ! And what did he do? He can not hold an appointment that I made a day before? Neither did he call he's running 30 min behind. !!! That's NOT a way to make or keep customers! There are so many nail salons, I guess I find me a different one! This one here I cant recommend! Nothing worse then...
Read moreFor many years I was a loyal customer to another high end spa and would not dare step foot anywhere else, though I moved ( I even considered driving the distance due to fear of never finding another suitable place). I moved to the West Fort Worth area just as Legacy Nails was opening and they had a great deal going on and it is less than three miles away from my home, so I decided to give it a try because of convenience and I was in a rush:
I have never gone to any other location after coming here, I LOVE it && cannot imagine going anywhere else. This place is my sanctuary đâ¨đ đťđđť
⢠The place is absolutely beautiful and always so clean.
â˘I have never endured a wait time.
â˘You are immediately greeted upon entering & the menus are available for you to look through and you fill out your own form with your chosen services and scents so there is no awkwardly relaying what you want to your technician or any confusion.
â˘There are so many options to choose from on their menu- I recommend getting their organic mani & pedis (they give wonderful massages included)
â˘They have sooo many colors of too brand polish to choose from and even do dipping and gel, etc.
â˘I love, love, LOVE their rewards program! You earn points for your visits and can redeem them for free services or discounts, plus there are usually coupons on their website and promotions going on.
â˘It is so hard to find technicians that can do stiletto nails AND do them well, but they do such an amazing job here that I get asked daily where I go to get my nails done.
â˘The pricing on lash extensions is so affordable for the quality especially with promotions and rewards.
â˘The staff is so friendly and sassy, I adore them. I feel welcomed and acquainted when I visit. I have witnessed some surly customers and am always impressed with how well the staff handles heated situations.
â˘They offer complementary beverages which makes my visit even more like a treat!
â˘I have PCOS which causes hormonal imbalance and many unwanted side effects like excess hair. I never feel awkward or ashamed when I go for a wax. They make me feel completely comfortable and do not berate me for going long between waxes or even between fills/man pedi like I have witnessed at other salons before.
Every visit relaxes me and I leave feeling like a princess. I just wish they would have more business cards available for me to pass out to all of my customers who keep asking me where I get...
Read moreMy nails were ok, I'd like to take you through my entire experience at this nail salon. I came in, no appointment, and was sat down immediately. I had old dip on and was getting a new dip set put on. While my nails were soaking this other women was throwing a FIT about her nails, saying they couldn't be done because they weren't shaped and filed properly. I thought she was being dramatic and just wanted to make a scene. The guy, I think Tommy, starts doing my nails, and he wants my life story, I don't mind talking, but he wanted to know everything! It wasn't until he started filing and buffing my nails that it started breaking down. I asked for coffin shape, barely. There was a very slight invert on my nails, kinda noticeable. He filed the sides of several of my nails so much there are chunks of my fingers missing. He started buffing and I noticed all of my nails had dips right in the middle, I thought he'd fix it, but then he started putting the top coat on, so not buffing those dips out? Ok, that's cool I guess. My nails dried and another lady, I'm assuming the manager or owner came and put cuticle oil on, and that's when I noticed one of those chunks missing from my finger was bleeding! She saw me bleeding and put some blue stuff to make it stop. I followed her to the front to pay, not only was I still being charged full price, I was being charged 5 bucks more for the barely coffin shape. I then went home and reshaped and buffed my own nails, and noticed the tips weren't glued properly, so there are gaps where the ends of my real nails and the tips don't meet at all. Needless to say next time I will try one of the other nail salons...
