I don’t usually get on google to give bad reviews. I’m pretty nice and rarely say negative things about other people. But I felt compelled to leave one about the employee working the night shift tonight.
I ordered a pizza and waited an hour and 15 minutes and still didn’t receive it. I called the store and asked when my order would be delivered. He put me on hold for a while then came back on the phone to tell me the order got cancelled. I said I didn’t cancel it. He told me that the driver cancelled the order because he couldn’t get a hold of me when he called me. I didn’t receive any call whatsoever from anyone in that time frame. He said again that he tried calling me. And I know that they didn’t get a wrong number on my end when I ordered because they texted me a tracker for the order. I looked at the tracker on my phone and it said they received my order. It didn’t say anything at all about it being on the way with a delivery driver so he was lying to me. I asked him when I would be getting my pizza and he said well we’re closing so you won’t be getting a pizza. I said, “So I’m just supposed to go hungry because your delivery guy lied?” He didn’t say anything. I said “well, thanks for nothing!” He said “Any time!” Are you kidding me? Read moreI was highly dissatisfied with my experience with this pizza hut in white settlement. The customer service was horrendous. Corey, who told me he was the manager, was rude and disrespectful. I came in upset that after I asked for delivery I ended up having to come get my order from the store due to a company policy matter. When I get there and I am already upset from the customer service received over the phone from Corey, no one greeted me when I walked in and a young man continued to count his drawer and it was about 1 or 2 before Corey acknowledged my presence. By this time, I am really upset so when Corey finally finds my order, he then voids my payment and shoves the receipt across the counter and said sign this. I looked at him and questioned what is this, he then tells me the company policy on this matter but he was so rude and really did not seem to care about giving good customer service when talking to people, especially a customer who is dissatisfied. He then said, "What is your issue?' Then I expressed how upset I was over the entire matter, from the screwed up delivery service to getting to the store, in a firm and elevated tone. He then refused to give me my order. I asked him his name and he said ,"I don't know". I said okay I want to talk to the store manager and your corporate he said, "Google it." Read moreI was really hesitant to be a customer at this location due to reading all the negative reviews, especially about the complaints about their delivery service and unprofessional employees. However, since it's the closest pizza place to me, I thought I'd at least give it a shot.
I ordered my pizza online and chose carryout instead of delivery (to save money). The website said my order would be ready for store pick up in 15 minutes. I arrived about 5 minutes after they said it would be ready and it was. The employee at the register was nice, she showed me my order to make sure it was correct (it was) and quickly took care of the transaction.
My pizza was made well and it tasted fine. The only critique I have is the wings I ordered weren't well coated with the sauce. There was plenty of sauce at the bottom of the container they were served in and I was able to just dip them in it, so it worked out. Having never ordered wings from Pizza Hut before, perhaps that's just how they serve them, I'm not sure.
Obviously, my experience with this Pizza Hut was different than many other people's experiences. It could be different because I did carryout after reading the reviews and their delivery service is truly a problem. Based on my go with them tonight, I will order...
