Left my phone there yesterday with being told they would have it ready by tomorrow but they had to order the parts. Okay fine, I paid for the phone to be fixed. I decided to stop by to see if there was an update and he said it would be ready by 4. So I go about my day and receive some phone calls call back and now they are saying the phone won’t be ready until tomorrow. Because the other person didn’t check to make sure where they order if it was in stock. Then says oh but we have the other one you just have to pay the $65 difference. Why would I pay a difference when you are already not meeting the deadline you said it be ready by. And now I have to wait until tomorrow to get my phone back. I did not initially put a 5 star review so here I go to change this review and give what is well earned until I’m proved wrong.

Update on Service Made the decision to pick up my phone NOT working properly and now overheating. Which is funny because my phone WAS NOT over heating at all not one bit. Just make sure you read the reviews and waste your money because well I didn’t after being told to go else where but because of the convenience I’m out of over $200 . And on the way to take it where I should have taken it to begin with. Where I have had many phones fixed in the pass. He repeated to say it wasn’t his fault, I didn’t say it was but what I did say was my phone was not over heating before. And he says that his boss has to pick it up tomorrow and take it to another store and I will need to pay for repairs that need to be made. So again I asked for an estimated pick up date and he could not give me one. So before I’m out more money and go off on this fool anymore I picked up my phone. And he has the nerve to say this is the problem we are having, you are taking it this way. As I said I am taking my useless phone the way it is. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHO YOU TRUST. I can’t express this anymore especially if like for us we were going to gift the phone to my 17 year old for his Christmas gift.

UPDATE ON TOP OF THAT UPDATE Read only if you need a reason to avoid this place. Took it to the place we originally go to . Per this place if they only replaced the screens there is NO reason this phone should be over heating. Also seems they were lifting up parts they had no business lifting probably to remove original parts. Hmmm...

While the guy was super nice and thats why I'm giving them some stars... I explained that part of my sim tray was broken off in the sim holder you could even hear it if you shook the phone. He took my phone apart cracking the back much worse than it was it had two cracks now the top is pretty shattered, its isn't back together all the way and the audio is messed up. He took multiple components apart and stated the piece that housed the sim tray was cracked and needed to be replaced and soldered back on at a cost of $160.00. I declined took it home looked at broken sim holder to see which side the piece was stuck in turned the phone off took a metal fingernail file pointed toward the bad side and lifted up amd the piece came right out.
