Tonight my husband and I ordered through the mobile app ($30), drove half mile here, only to be told someone had already picked up our mobile order. Impossible, because it didn’t even say redeemed on our side. It was still pending.
Either way, they refused to remake our food or give us a refund. The manager was real nasty with me about the “way things work” at his restaurant. Having ordered from here before, I know I usually pull up, say I’m picking up a mobile order, and they offer up a name. I have never been required to actually show my phone. The manager claims he “saw the phone and everything” but refused to look at the order from our side, to see that clearly we did it, and had not redeemed it.
Told us the only way we could find a resolution was by connecting with a live rep through the app. Guess what? No phone number available for us to call on the app. No further help provided. I spent $30 and waddled my 9 month pregnant butt down here to get screwed. Nobody wants to help me. I will be a problem for them until I get my money back. Save yourself...
Read moreI went in for a simple order, and I needed to split the payment. I was told they couldn't do that because it was two cards. I got two identical items and they didn't even offer to just ring it up as two separate transactions.
The as I'm leaving disappointed and hungry, I get a notification from my phone that they ran one of my cards for the full amount instead of the split payment. The cashier (self proclaimed manager) Monte was the one processing the transaction. He was INSISTENT that Taco Bell doesn't do split payments, regardless of the fact that I have done a split payment previously at the same location.
So rather than just admit he charged the wrong amount and come up with a solution, he just flat out refused to do anything at all and pushed all the blame onto me, even though he entered the wrong amount into the point of sale.

Read moreThis location messed up half the order. It's little things, but nearly every item had something wrong. I didn't realize it until I was home and eating. Check everything, pull everything out and open every item to make sure it's right. If you pay for extra sauces, check and count. Then you can leave.
I received beans when I ordered no beans, no beans when the item comes with beans, and they nearly forgot some food if I didn't count the main items. I should have counted the sauces I paid extra for, since those were missing.
Adding this after I just tried to eat everything. Careful ordering the seasonal and new items. I got some new things to try and it was so bad it made me question how the taco bell leadership can come up flavors like this. Love the cantina menu, hate the cheezit menus.
