I was in an awful accident and was sandwich between two vehicles. I had damage to the rear and front of my vehicle. My vehicle was an absolute disaster. My hood latch was complete broken, my rear end was completely crinkled, and my seatbelt was even damaged. I honestly didn’t think my car would ever look good again. The cost to fix my car was over 10K including my rental for 2 month. This gives you perspective of how bad the damage truly was. The owner Ray went out of his way to pick my car up from my job and return it when complete to my home. As a single mom, this meant a lot. I truly don’t have much free time on my hand. Receiving my vehicle I was nearly brought to tears. It looked better than when I bought it. PLUS he derailed my car. It was an absolute wreck due to the accident. I had drinks that spilled everywhere due to the impact. Coming back to a car that was spotless and smelled like me made me a little emotional. I had a hiccup with my sensor not having visibility after being dropped off and Ray made sure to make it right and fixed it. HORRIBLE WORK AND SERVICE. Do not pay or take your car here. I originally paid for a paint job that took around 4 months because everytime I got my car back there was errors, dirt and smears in my brand new paint job from them. When the paint job was finished they gave it back to me still with DIRT, ROCKS, and SMEARS everywhere in my paint.. no refunds, nothing they did to fix my paint. Went back to them to fix and paint my bumper and install BRAND NEW PARTS. Every single new part installed on my car was returned to me BROKEN!!! They told me “it came like that” where is the proof? Why didn’t you send me a message or send me apicture of the broken part that “came like that” I got my car back today with a cracked spoiler, broken headlight, DIRT IN MY BRAND NEW PAINT on my bumper.
