Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Customer service was horrific try to make orders and drive-through. The person that was run in the drive-through couldn’t understand what my kids we’re trying to order in English luckily I buy lingo. So I had to make the order in Spanish. That person became very rude when I asked her if she was joking about the order. Next thing you know they start cussing me out in Spanish. So I said I wanted to talk to the manager. They said they were the manager so I said I’m pulling up to the window. I came up to the window and instantly started yelling at me and I admit I was yelling back. My Spanish isn’t so strong but, I did my best to explain that it was very rude to her to talk to my kids that way. And then when I try to make the order for them. They became very rude and had to cuss me out. Saying why did I call her a liar. I said I never called you a liar I asked you if you were lying because of the attitude and the way you’re responding like you were joking. I know it was a language barrier and that this “manager“ couldn’t understand me. We had it out there in the parking lot. I asked for their main number to make a formal complaint. They wouldn’t give it to me. They said the district manager was Chris Frio. Well Chris needs to know that that so-called manager it was very rude very unprofessional and spoke to customer so ugly. Whoever the manager here is money hungry an greedy an a poor example of a customer service based job, I order a Croissant with egg only all the time an the Total always comes out cheaper as it should because im not buying a combo or a whole sandwich im actually buying less so the price should be less, today I went an order the usual expecting the price to be the way it usually is, but today everything changed an now all sudden I can’t get what I usually get for the same price because it’s cheaper for me but not for them an that’s exactly what’s she told me which really don’t make sense if it’s giving you a option to ring something up for cheaper because your removing smithing that normally comes on that sandwich that’s fair, this person act like the extra money I would pay would go directly on they...

If I could rate this impaticular location I would give them a Zero 0!!!!! My family and I went there just about 10 minutes ago the girl at the window was yelling and laughing at my husband as the manager stood right there and then the manager and my husband end up getting into it our meal was $30 and we ended up driving off and coming up to the MUCH better one in Saginaw...forgot to mention the I do believe they both lied about their names one said her name was Hector and the other said hers was Lupe!!! I will be in contact with health department as well as the genreal manager and corporate office! I did not get laid off of my job due to this virus.
