Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Shouldn't even get one damn star! I took one last chance with these people they call a great place to eat at or eat from! So every time I order it's anything from $50-$90. It gets delivered and I'm still missing food! Have to call back every time and then the manager gives me money off on next order.. But this last time I but buy from them this would make about the 8th time. I ordered at 6:02pm got a confirmation that it would be delivered at 7:10pm. I calked the store at 7:40 and was told I had to be transferred to the store I odrer from.

I'm thinking..umm I did call the store I ordered from so why can't you help me.Then they transferred me and I waited for 15minutes got hung up on.That was a repeat about several times when I asked for a manager spoke to 4 different people asking if they were the manager..Then got put on hold and hung up on.. Then I call again and ask if there was a manager working at the place..Then she ask what the number was that I was calling i for..Then she said would you like to come pick it up..I asked her why would I come pick it up if I asked for it to be delivered in the first place.I can't drive in the dark do to having an stroke behind the eye!! Then I ask her to let me speak to a manager and they set there and laughed in the background while I was waiting..

It's 8:30 and I hear a knock at the door and it's delivery man.

They still forgot some of my food and it was ice cold and they only have to travel 1.4 miles. So tell me why my food was ice cold??

I tipped the driver cause he has nothing to do with getting from the oven or due to hanging up on me.

Then put me on hold and then off of hold to see if I was still their several times and hung up on me..

You all need to be fired!! Cause what you all did tonight to me was so disrespectful on so many levels.. I will be getting my money back for sure cause I'm not the person you want to make mad anymore than what you all...

Young AA girl in here kinda lazy. I ordered through Ubereats on night and I did a pick up. I called the store and asked if they could bring my pizza out to me because I’m disabled and this young girl kept asking irrelevant questions as if she did not have time or want to bring my order to me. “Did you order curbside delivery”?last question asked cause I hung up. Clearly you don’t want to bring it cause you should already know the answer to the question if I’m calling you and what difference does that make? Bring me my Da&# ORDER! Whew.. Ive never seen such incompetent young people as I’ve seen in this younger generation. Whether it’s technology that has slowed their brains down cause it does everything for them or these parent were too busy handling & juggling & managing while the computers raised them. I did not mention her first questions because they were way off of what I was talking about so I just let her rabble on until she could understand what I was asking. SMH Well another employee did help me out to my car with my order after I went in to get it. He was a very nice young man and he made up for her ignorance. Sorry her lack of knowledge and information warrants that. New review may 3rd 2023. I tried giving this place another chance and it still aweful. I dont understand why peiple make you do 2 hour interviews online only to get bad workers working there. I ordered a pan pizza to dine in and gues what? They brought it to my table in a freaking box !!!!!!! Fountain machine is busted so they only have bottle drinks. They forgot 1 ranch and i didnt have the energy to even say anything cause at the end of the day nothings changed. No tables were cleaned in the 1hr that i spent there. The restrooms were so bad it looked like it went through a war. Guys,if they dont take the time to clean when its not busy you can only imagine how the oven looks!!!!!!!!!! This pizza hut needs to be demolished . In the 90s people use to care about quality. In 2023 no one wants to work. Whoever eats here must have a lead belly cause i get sick easily, no wonder we still have covid cases. Its places like this that dont sanitize .i left photos so you clearly see no one was there. No reason not to clean.
