Yummy Buffet — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children)went here for dinner. We were there for about 15 mins. Enough time to get drinks and 1 plate to start. Our youngest child became ill and vomited all over the place. Which caused us to leave. I explained the situation to the man at the register. He acted like he could to comprehend what I was saying. I asked if we had to pay the whole 42 dollar bill considering we where not able to eat. He looked at me like I was stupid and he did not give a damn about us. Another guy came to the register and they spoke to each other in chinesse and said some gibberish and charged us 35 dollars which only took off the sick childs dinner. It was horrible customer service. They did not care that we did not get to have dinner they just wanted their money. Will never eat here again. And will tell everyone I know to never eat here. Also the bathrooms were disgusting. All the toilets had poop and toilet...

On July 4th My son wanted to go out to eat, since he was in town from Louisiana visiting. I decided to take him to Yummy buffet , we waited a long time for a refill that we never received. The disappointing service that we received really had my son and I disgusted was our used plates stayed stacked on our table. Two Latino gentlemen sat at the table next us received refreshed refills, removing of used plates and the same for the Latino couple that sat behind us. When I went to pay for the ticket, I spoke with the cashier about the ordeal of the waiter was assisting everyone else, but not us she was nonchalantly not giving a care. So, in my opinion people of color do not need to come to this establishment ever. My son loves Chinese food and was disappointed in the food, and service and the way the cashier nonchalantly blew us...

Manager wasn't trying to help with her employee after her employee was giving attitude and throwing our drinks on the table getting mad about us calling for drinks. I really don't recommend coming here at all mostly if your employee/waitress is TAN YU, didn't smile at all just had a ugly attitude when we were just trying to have a family dinner. Yet at that the food had plastic in it and the manager said it was the plastic from our forks when the plastic we found in our food was melted already the only thing she did was give a 10% off and we've also found hair in our food.
