Fort Worth Stockyards River Walk — Attraction in Fort Worth

I have visited the Fort Worth Stockyards several times in the past 20+ years. I never knew there was a river walk until today. My friend and I explored the river walk and although the location and the theme is interesting, it was very disappointing to see the condition of it. The river level is low which of course is no fault of the city, but it is littered with trash. We found there was shopping carts, tires and other debris on the bottom. Very cool place to visit. Several different stores, restaurants, museums and things for kids to do. The twice a day long horn walk down the road was very neat to see and the size of them was incredible!! They have a rodeo which we didn't know of until got there so couldn't see but if you want to see a rodeo buy tickets in advance online so you have a seat. It's a nice hidden treasure in the stockyards! There were homeless people who made a camp there. I think it's nice they had somewhere peaceful to stay.
