I recently had a disappointing experience at this establishment that I feel compelled to share. Late one night, I ordered a 10-piece chicken strip meal for my family and discovered that the chicken was raw. Concerned for our health, I immediately tried to call the restaurant but received no answer. I then contacted the 1-800 number to file a complaint, and was informed that I would have to wait two days for a response. Unfortunately, I was told that I couldn’t visit the restaurant to address the issue since I had already made the complaint through their hotline.
After four days, I finally received a call from a manager who apologized for the situation and assured me that I would receive a refund to my card. Additionally, he offered me a complimentary 10-piece chicken strip meal as a gesture of goodwill, encouraging me to come by any day and mention his name.
However, when I visited the restaurant on June 7th at 10:30 PM, the manager on duty informed me that I could not receive the complimentary meal because I didn’t have the receipt. This was frustrating, as the previous manager never mentioned needing to bring the receipt—just to provide his name.
This experience has been a significant waste of my time, and I feel compelled to warn others about the potential for receiving subpar food and poor customer service. I hope the establishment addresses these issues, as customers...

Read moreToday my wife and I decided to try this new location out. We chose to dine in and try the atmosphere out. We walked inside got in line and it didn't take long to reach the cash register. Ordered our food and sat down. Our food was brought to us in a timely manner. While we were approached by a very kind gentleman by the name Jorge who offered us a refill on our fountain drinks. Very polite and very professional. Then we decided to treat ourselves with a desert. Ordered an Ice-cream Cone and a Strawberry shake. We were helped by a sweet girl named Julissa. Although she had a couple of obstacles, she handled it like a champ. Not having any money in her register for our change, she took the initiative and helped us one way or another by getting change from another register.
