Went in today to purchase a pair of shoes for my girlfriend. Nancy helped us out trying on different sizes. They did not have the correct size and Nancy said we had to order them. She called another location and said they had they had the correct size and they could be sent to my house. $120 later I had the shoes ordered. 20 minutes later I get a phone call saying the shoes will not be shipped and I need to go back inside and get a refund. The other store ā€œdid not have them in stockā€ even when Nancy said they did. I went back inside and Melissa helped me with the return. There was a little confusion so I wanted to double check to see if I could order the shoes. While walking to the shoe selection we ran into the manager Chris. Chris is the one that called me on the phone and told me that the shoes couldn’t be shipped and I had to come in and get a refund. I told Chris that Melissa and I were going to double check if the shoes could be ordered in the right size or not. He was extremely rude to Melissa saying ā€œgo do the refundā€ and patted her on the back saying you got this you can do it being sarcastic towards his employee. This made me mad because Melissa was trying to suit me and my needs and he was extremely rude. I told Chis I wanted to double check and he had a very bad attitude towards me saying he already double checked on the size of the shoe. As I went to the register for the refund I was extremely frustrated and so was Melissa. This was poor management and staff part on Nancy. Chris needs to reevaluate the way he treats his employees in front of customers. Very unprofessional. I will not return to this location and give them my business. Sorry for the long review just...

I love Tyler’s in FTW. They have something for everyone there but it’s also somewhere a 45 year old dude can safely shop the latest fashion! šŸ˜‚ That being said, I’m also single and still have to be careful! That’s where the Manager Chris comes in handy! All you have to do is ask and he will deliver. He helped me find what style works for me. From golf shorts to shirts to church pants with hip Sunday sunglasses! He helps me find things I like that look good on me and, gives me advice on what goes well together. I even get compliments on my clothes in public now. That makes me feel good so thank you Chris! Gotta give a shout out to my girl Ashlyn in the kicks department as well. I agree with her taste in shoes and colors. She’s sold me and my son just about every size 9.5 OC’s in grey lol! She even talked me into trying a new brand recently as well. She’s a hard worker and sweet as can be. Everyone at the store is and they seem to have fun and stay motivated at the same time. Always a smile at the door and they remember their customers. Anyone who’s ever worked retail or service knows it’s a tough job. I did myself briefly at a young age, as should everyone. This group puts forth the effort and makes it fun for me. Thank all of you guys and see you again...

The only complaint I have is that for some reason that someone in charge thought was a good idea, they use a third party package tracking app that adds a wholly unnecessary layer of detail to have to consider, when you want to check on your package. Why would anyone swim against the tide of commercial best practices and put a layer on top of established shippers' well-oiled package tracking systems? What's the value to the customer to have to even think about some totally unfamiliar third party application just to track their package? I opted to ignore the noise and just trust I wasn't being scammed. Pro tip: anyone who makes a decision to add unnecessary noise to a mature and bug-free logistical process is not thinking about their customer. Similarly, if you are literally the only merchant using a totally redundant and just straight up useless package tracking "app," or whatever useless layer of bad tech that you decided to impose on your customers, there's a very good chance that the marketplace has voted on the question of its efficacy and overall product-market fit. Just saying.

The good part: It's cool that you had the slides I have been trying to find for months. And...

All 2 stars go to the vendors and the business owner for providing a good shopping atmosphere with a ton of variety. 3 star deduction because I was there for over an hour without being approached by an employee. Meanwhile, 6 employees huddle chatting about movies and current affairs behind the counter by the shoes and front of store. But the dressing rooms were locked, so I had to seek out an employee to even try on clothes. So I not only got no assistance, but had to track a guy down to simply try clothes on. What you didn’t realize was that I just decided to invest in my wardrobe and spend up to $1000 on clothing as I do this once every 4-5 years. The fact that I wasn’t being acknowledged while staff were avoiding people like the plague made me realize I’d prefer not to give this type of customer service my money. I work hard for my money, and I’m not going to buy overpriced clothing without some help. Products aside, the shopping experience parallels going to wal mart or Home Depot where you must fend for yourself. Went across the street to Levi and had a personal assistant. So I bought $500 of jeans that she helped me navigate.

It Tyler's! Come on! Every grown up athlete here in Ft Worth, comes for the one-stop shop, for all apparel. They have all the brands. Kids as well. Lots of choices for athletic shoes, good selection of sun glasses...and so, so many choices of shirts and brand names. I always get stuck in the men's Patagucci section though. Nice choices and colors. Not much is ever on sale here though, so be prepared to pay full price most of the time on most items. Always fun to browse here, but today... I walked out with a pair of black Crocs (they had my size13!) and 5 Nike shirts. Don't judge me K? Now it's your turn...

Erik The Red Beard was a phenom. Total expert. Treated my little lady with the utmost professionalism and reverence. Vast knowledge, and when he doesn't know something he tells you. Go see him he's great. She picked another pair of Newton's & ONs and if I hadn't of picked up some Saucony an hour earlier I would've grabbed some Hoka's and maybe some Altras. Great visit we'll likely purposefully seek out Erik as long as he's there.
