Response to the other reviewer mentioning color being the issue. Stop this victimhood mentality. Iām a white male and Iām treated the same way. Those workers just feel judgmental and snobby.
I know this is a snob store and I should expect snotty, pretentious behavior, but itās still not acceptable. They were happy and nice when I came in and spent a grand on an Espresso machine and a couple espresso cups. The glass cups are hand blown and one had a loose handle that came off. I came in literally a week later and the lady gave a lot of weird looks and I got the impression that she assumed I was lying. It was a completely different experience. I could tell that she didnāt even recognize me and she confirmed this when she asked how long I had the cup, and then oddly got me a replacement without looking at my receipt. You canāt just be nice when Iām spending money. Itās a tiny, cheap espresso cup, and it DID have a defect.
