As soon as we stepped in, the staff's warmth and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home. Both Paul, the store manager, and Edrick, the cashier, were truly awesome, going the extra mile to ensure everyone's satisfaction. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and attentive, adding to the enjoyable experience.

With our family, we tried the new veggie burgers, and they were to die for! Bursting with flavor, they made us forget we were even having a veggie option. The menu had something for everyone, and every item we tried was top-notch.

Fantastic first experience! Ordering from the kiosk and selecting a number was easy. It does take a while to receive your meal. The establishment wasn't busy, but the wait time was 10-15 mins. Nevertheless, my order was correct, food was hot and well-prepared. The Oreo cookie funnel cake shake was decent, fries were crispy and seasoned. I highly recommend the shack stack. Seriously do not waste your money here. These burgers are mid at best. The crinkle cut fries are the same as sonic and the burger is bland with the only flavor coming from the piece of cheese. The tomatoes were not ripe and the lettuce wasn't fresh at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY 4 people is 60 bucks. No combo meals everything is a separate charge. The burger is less then 4 oz of meat. For all the people saying exceptional service, it better be because you serve yourself like McDonald's with kiosk. If your order is screwed up it's your own fault.
