Victoria's Secret — Local services in Fort Worth

Firstly, I want to begin by stating that when I went into this store and looked to find some new panties, they had basically nothing in stock in either the VS or PINK sections. This was the first time that I have ever gone shopping for underwear to VS and seen barren panty drawers. Other than that, my primary complaint was that I was given a hard time by an employee when trying to purchase a pair of shorts and use my birthday coupon. She attempted to input the code and must have done so incorrectly because she kept stating it had already been used and refused to help in any meaningful way. I was able to use my birthday coupon successfully online and purchase the exact same shorts for online pick up at a different location and the code worked for me with no difficulty at all. The associate seemed impatient and incompetent and when I asked regarding who the manager was on staff that day, she claimed to be the manager on duty. Very unwelcoming and inattentive staff here, so I will definitely visit a different location to do my business with VS...

It’s an okay store and usually the workers are decent. Today however you can tell this cashier was not a girls girl - which is definitely needed in an underwear store. Anyway, I sit and watch everyone get offered the free tote with $100+ purchase as well as get coupons for the next visit. Not me however even though my boyfriend paid almost $200.. thats okay I don't need the tote anyway but your customer service hmm wondering why I was treated so differently? Was it because my boyfriend paid? or was it because I was black? Idk either way I’m always kind to people in retail and just would like to not be discriminated against in any store. Staff at this VS is incredibly disrespectful! I went to this VS with a friend, when we walked in the staff was nowhere to be found. After a few minutes of looking around both my friend and I needed help finding a few items in different sizes. We finally found two employees who were hiding in the back of the gossiping about their “bedroom life”.
