I do not usually leave reviews for places I do business with, but I had to make an exception this time.

I went into EFJ the other day because I needed to purchase some precious metals. I was immediately greeted by Jake. He asked how I was (rare that someone genuinely asks how you are these days), asked me what I was looking for, and after we chatted a bit, he articulately explained what my options were (he was not just trying to sell me the most expensive item on offer). After I determined what I wanted, Jake facilitated the purchase, and subsequently walked me through all the steps for caring for my purchase, including storage and preventive maintenance techniques.

It was not just this full-spectrum of customer service that impressed me, but it was the efficiency of the transaction. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes. I was armed with not just my new investments, but insightful knowledge on how to protect them, AND I saved the hour+ that it usually takes at other local jewelry establishments.

It's also worth mentioning that despite the current global turmoil, EFJ manages to offer the most competitive prices I've seen as of late, while still selling products of utmost quality.

Elite Fine Jewelers is wonderful! I have an antique wedding ring set that has been in my husband's family for years and recently noticed it needed to be repaired. I searched on Yelp for a reputable jeweler in town who could fix it for me and reached out to several shops for a quote. Ashley from Elite took the time to speak with me, answer my questions and was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I scheduled an appointment to come in and she was kind enough to arrange for my ring to be fixed while I waited. When I arrived Edwin and Ashley warmly greeted me, inspected my ring and chatted with me. They and the wonderful jeweler who fixed my ring (I didn't catch his name) were all so nice and I honestly enjoyed my time with them. I also looked around their gorgeous and spacious store and saw many incredibly beautiful pieces. I loved their selection, warmth and honestly. People. I don’t think you understand how long I’ve looked for an anniversary ring i liked. Searching through high end names all the way to Costco. There was a struggle between the look/quality, and the price. Even though i liked some high end rings, the price made it so unenjoyable. And then. I walked into Elite Fine Jewelers. Selection- wow. Price, really surprised me. I found a BETTER quality, better VALUE, with a price that was so much less than a comparable ring i liked somewhere else. And to top it off, their tax % is less. I’m so happy, i love my ring, and this family owned business. Ashley is one of the nicest people I’ve met. She is so chill, she’s like the opposite of a salesperson, she really just wants her customers to be happy and feel good about what they get. So rare to find that in a person!
