This 1 star review is courtesy of the lovely young lady at the drive-thru window. When I pulled up to the window and was greeted by her with what I thought was an incorrect amount of money for what I had just ordered, I questioned the amount. She repeated the order, which was incorrect. I ordered a large onion ring and a large strawberry shake. She repeated the order as 2 large onion rings and a large strawberry shake. I informed her that was not correct. She proceeded to tell me that was what I had ordered. Once again, I corrected her. She changed the amount due but had the WORST attitude at this point. Basically, she snatched my money from my hand, slammed the window, and I was watching her at this point. She just carried on inside. I'm not sure what she was saying as the window was closed, but I could see she was physically bothered by the fact that the order was not correct. She hurriedly gave me my food with another quick slam of the window. I wanted to throw the shake at her but thought better of it. I figured here was the place to justly criticize her. Read moreFast, friendly, helpful. I come to this location pretty often. If you want 5 star dining, Jack in the Box isn't the place I would go to. However if you want a 5 star Jack in the Box experience, this place is fantastic.
I get to pay using the app, and pick it up with ease. Every experience has been extremely fast and friendly. Occasionally I'll order something on the app that isn't available in store and they will do above and beyond to replace it.
I once ordered an oreo cookie shake they couldn't fulfill and they offered a beverage, cheese cake and chocolate cake, which I only accepted the chocolate cake because I didn't need all 3. But it was so pleasant that they offered all 3 as a substitute.
On my next visit visit the same person was working and she recognized my mask and threw in an oreo cookie shake into my order even though I didn't have one on this purchase. It was a nice surprise to be remembered at all, especially at a fast food establishment. Staff is...
Read moreI was originally to give "0" stars for this originally, however Gaby saved the day. The original cashier, Jose, told me that he'd be with me in a minute, but he disappeared! Then Gaby stepped in and saved the day. She apologized for me having to wait, and took my order. When I asked Jose to write his name down so that I could accurately write this review, he just stared at me for a bit. Hell, he spent more time chewing his gum and staring at me, then providing customer service.
