Their work is subpar at best. I still went to try them and had a horrible experience. I went there to get my toes done for my birthday and get acrylic toenails. I called and asked how much it would be and the Husband told me that it was gonna be $70 so I went to this location because it was cheaper than the location that I know does a good job. When I got there, the wife said that it was going to be $85. I told her just do a regular $30 basic pedicure since she had already started and if I was going to pay $85, I may as well go to the place that does a good job. She insisted on them trying anyways. I let them do one toenail and it was a terrible job already. I told her itās fine just do the $30 pedicure. I ended up adding on five dollars because when she did my scrub, my feet were still hard as they were before she did them because she wanted me to pay the five dollars for the callus remover, I reluctantly added the five dollars for the callus remover. I had to tell them to go through and finish my pedicure, cut my cuticles and cut my toenails when I finished they still had not filed my toenails at all nor did I have my toenails painted when I got to the register instead of it being $35 she charged me $40 saying that she had to take the gel polish off of my toes. So I walked out paying $40 for a non-manicure non-filed non-clip tow. My toenails look horrible, and on top of that my feet are still hard after getting and paying for the callus remover, they do a horrible job here and they try to get as much money as they can out of you because they donāt have any people that work there. I do not recommend this place at all. It is a total waste of money. I ended up spending $40 for a non-filed non-cut non-painted pedicure with still hard feet and then having to go to a much better salon called eye polish and getting a pedicure with the acrylic another callus remover and everything else so in total, I wasted an entire $40 trying to save money when in reality I shouldāve went to just the more expensive place because they do a much better job and this place still ends up getting you for your money no matter which way you spin it. Do not go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLoved it! I went on my lunch break and they were not too busy to do a mani/pedi for me. They even gave me the option if I wanted at the same time or separately. Ben took very good care me, he paid special attention to my cuticles which means a lot to me, b/c mine are so bad "normally"- now they look great, and he did a great job with the paint, getting all the sides and the nail beds with out me even asking him to. I love the special technique they use for callous removing on my feet and for "soaking" my nails for the mani. The pricing was very competitive for what I'm used to, which was about 20 for pedi and 10 for mani. They were very sweet and very welcome, and I have tried many shops all over the phoenix area, and I think after living here my whole life, I have finally found the shop for me. One that pays attention to my concerns and does a wonderful job without taking forever or rushing me out the door! Thanks Bill and Ben, you're...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a mani/pedi done and I didn't get his name, but I'm fairly positive he's the owner because he was asking about how I had heard about them/what the reviews said/ etc. Both the manicure and the pedicure are very sloppy. It was glopped on my nails and not cleaned up very well. He was rushing through it, even though it was just my friend and I in the salon at the time. 4 days later, my manicure is already chipping and I got the gel nails. I expected those to last about 2 weeks. I asked for one of my nails to have glitter on it and it has all these other colors of glitter mixed in with it because I'm assuming they aren't washing the brushes properly. This place is much cheaper than some of the places in the surrounding area, but spend the money and...
