I came to Elite Jewelry with a little information and a lot of questions about purchasing a loose diamond for an engagement ring, which is a rather intimidating purchase.

What I found is a family who put me at ease about my purchase, reinforced the importance of the making the best decision possible, educating me further about all of the variables and then having listened to what I was looking for, providing me a number of options to consider.

This process could not have gone better. Getting to know Ashley in the beginning really got me comfortable with the decision I was making and helping me understand all the little differences when looking at diamonds. Justin shared his own personal experiences and helped me put my own questions and concerns in perspective and that allowed me focus on the right things that ultimately ended up mattering to me as I made my final decision.

This process spanned multiple visits and multiple conversations (as I think it should). Every touch point was a "white glove" experience, and communication was always thoughtful, clear and very timely, which ultimately made the final decision that much easier.

I think what resonates the most about my experience is that once the actual financial transaction took place, Ashley and Justin's involvement didn't end. They checked in on me a few times and I was happy to send our first post engagement picture to them after notifying friends and family as well, especially since they were such an important part of my experience.

Ultimately, I think the mechanics of buying a diamond are straight forward, and almost simple and anyone can do it. The experience of buying something that is intended to represent the most important day for two people on the other hand can be overwhelming and stressful. My mom, sister and I were looking to do something special with my grandmother's ring as it wasn’t sized to fit any of us and we didn't want it sitting in a drawer any longer! I've been to Elite before and had such a wonderful experience that there was no doubt in my mind, we wanted them to help us figure out what to do with grandma's ring! I love how welcoming and friendly the staff is - I never feel intimidated or pressured like I've felt at other stores in the past - Elite makes you feel like you're shopping with a good friend. Ashley was SO patient and knowledgeable, providing lots of options and suggestions that we hadn't even considered! We chose to have the ring resized, slightly modified to accommodate a band, and appraised by their amazing and talented on-site jeweler, Lorenzo. He and Ashley made sure the ring fit just right and was shined up to a brilliant sparkle. Ashley also helped us pick out a gorgeous band to stack with the ring. Elite has so many options to choose from and we couldn't be any happier with the beautiful piece we picked out that day. I seriously can't say enough about the amazing experience we had and hands down, would highly recommend stopping by! I’ve been to over 30 jewelers spots all across Phoenix, from peoria to queen creek. I honestly came down between this place and one other that just wanted to Price match no matter what. But this place is THE best you can find when it comes to price, quality, and service. I could not find a better place to meet my vision for my fiancé’s engagement ring. I chose this place because I wanted to choose a “jewelers for life”, which two individuals helped make this decision for me. Jake, expressed great customer service, is technically knowledgeable, and very helpful. & Lorenzo, is a very skilled and impressive jeweler to create your vision.
