I’m new to the area and needed a new cooling fan installed on my computer. I contacted Len late on Friday and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday morning. He greeted me at the door and explained that he would not only look at the cooling fan, but evaluate any possible issues due to the cooling fan failure. After a few hours I received a call from Len that my computer was ready for pickup at my convenience. Upon arrival he explained that the fan was replaced, operation and temperatures were checked. I also asked about my security software and was given suggestions for that.

Lje Computers is the best. About a month ago I got the Blue screen of not booting up. Len has helped me in the past and was great at what he does. Again I called him and he said drop it by when I had the time. After dropping it off the bad news came that it was done but he was able to get in and save everything that I had on it and that was a lot of pictures etc. Speaking to him I needed a recommendation on what to get next and he provided me with what he thought for my use and some hints on how to keep it cleaned and fast. Len is amazing! He diagnosed my computer problem in less than five minutes. Unfortunately, the CPU on my 12-14 year old computer was fried and not worth repairing. When I asked for guidance, he gave me detailed specifications of what to look for in a new computer, which made it very easy for me to decide. I bought one and dropped it off the same day.
