Normally tractor supply employees are pretty knowledgeable about their respective jobs. Not on this day. We needed to fill our propane bottle for our rv , the girl came out I asked her how she was doing she said I'm sick not feeling well, I said I'm sorry, can you fill my bottle? She looks at it and says no its out of date you have to get it recertified they are only good for 10 years. The bottle is stamped 12-13 which means 12th month of 2013. So we had to drive to Tucson to Barnettes to get the bottle recertified, which turned out to be a waste of time because the bottle WASN'T EXPIRED IT STILL HAS ANOTHER YEAR! The propane bottles don't have to be recertified unless they are 12 years old no matter what it says on the bottle. So thank you young lady for causing me to have to add another waisted hour to my day because you didn't feel well and sent me on a wild goose chase. Training is a very effective practice tractor...

Manager? Melissa does not know a thing about feeding equines. I was finally fed up with all the terrible bales of hay i would open up, so I finally asked for a refund for just 2 bales of the worst alfalfa yet. Nothing in it but stems. My burros would not even eat. I was refused a refund and was told there was a whole paperwork process. This was a cash sale with receipt. I said I would wait for another manager. I went to Tractor Supply a few minutes ago to get some bird netting. The young man at the cash register greeted me and I told him what needed. He told me they didn’t have any. He even went on his ear piece and asked someone else who also said they didn’t have any. I couldn’t believe it as I said that you folks have everything!!
