I have been to this salon on several occasions as it close to my work. Last week I called in to get an appointment and was on a time crunch. The guy who answered said the lady I normally go to was not available during the time frame I needed so I elected to have anyone who was available do my nails. She starts to take off my old nails and goes so fast that she is hurting me. I tell her it hurts but she continues to roughly take them off resulting in several of my natural nails ripping off on the sides. Ouch! After this she starts gluing the new white tips on in a way I have never seen before and I have been getting my nails done regularly for years now. She puts on the glue but before applying the white tip she dips it into the purple solution used to apply the acrylic. When she puts the nail on it burns me very badly due to a chemical reaction from the mixed solutions. I tell her it burns and she laughs at me and just says she needs to use a lot of glue. At this point I am very upset. Not only did she burn me and rip off my nails but did not listen to what I wanted at all. My nails were crooked, very thick when I specifically asked for them to be thin and natural looking, and in pain. I've only had them for a few days and they are already lifting as well. Went in because a friend recommended, one of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten. I asked them to cut and file them, and my nail tech didn’t do either. Then the polish I picked was apparently empty because he kept having to put alcohol in the polish. My nails are also incredibly sloppy, half of the time he didn’t run the polish to the back of my nail or didn’t finish bringing the polish to the front or sides. Definitely will not be...
